Description of Work: The owner of Carrington Roofing, Tristan Carrington was prompt in responding to my inquiry, making an onsite inspection and giving an estimate for a roofing repair, garage tear down and wooden gate construction that I requested. His estimate was in the middle of the previous estimates I had obtained and provided considerably more bang for the buck than that of the lower estimates. I considered his estimate of the job and the services he would provide the most feasible. Tristan's workers were usually prompt and did excellent clean up. Tristan either responded immediately or returned calls in a reasonable time to any of my concerns. When I had a problem with the configuration of the gate Tristan addressed it immediately. I withheld giving a review of his work until there were some rain to determine if his work held up to his guarantees; so far it has.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS FIRM DOING THE WORK. THE WORKERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND WOULD ALLOW MY HUSBAND TO VIEW THEIR WORK BEFORE MOVING ONTO OTHER STAGES.
Description of Work: REPAIRED A PORTION OF OUR ROOF THAT WAS LEAKING. INSTEAD OF THE SHINGLES AND PLYWOOD THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR INSTALLED, THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SEE EXACTLY WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM AND TARRED THE ROOF BEFORE ADDING THE SHINGLES.

 + -1 moreTHIS GENTLEMAN FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY, CAME TO MY HOME ON TIME, HOWEVER, WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GIVE ME A BID OF $3,500, HE DIDNT EVEN GET ON THE ROOF. HE STOOD BACK FROM THE HOUSE AND QUOTED ME A PRICE RATHER RANDOMLY WITHOUT THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. THEN HE SENT ME OTHER PEOPLES ESTIMATES VIA E-MAIL, WHICH WERE ALL AROUND THE SAME PRICE. LOOK OUT HERE!
