I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product.

Originally was quoted 2 days. It took only 1 day. Very friendly and capable.

after an overall evaluation of my home for more insulation, the owner saw I had an asbestos tile floor in my basement. It was removed, as well. Tubing, piping was added above the bathroom fan. It now goes outside of the attic. I will not have moisture buildup in my attic any longer. My house is noticeably comfortable, not cold and drafty any longer. I am able to lower my thermostat to 70-71 degrees, instead of 75 or higher. I truly appreciate all the work that was done in my home.

I spoke briefly with a company representative whom stated that they would go by and take a look at the roof and get back to me. Well, they failed to do either. I believe they prefer to avoid work in that area of city; is all they had to say. Thank you Thank you

I called Carrington Roofing company after having read a number of 4+ star reviews only to find that the service was lacking and deficient. Upon calling there was no formal greeting, where the business name was announced instead a man answered and I needed to ask if this was in fact Carrington, . I scheduled an appointment for the next day and cancelled my plans. I asked my mom to wait for him as I sped home in rush hour traffic only to find he never showed up or called. When I called him he explained that he was stuck in traffic in Naperville, and could he reschedule. Horrible service!

The workers start on time and work a full 8 plus hour day. Carrington's workers are polite professionals. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They completed the job in the time frame they give.

Good job. The worker was respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding. The worker was a expert in his field, he knew his work. The work was great and productive. The only bad part was that the owner had to make to many calls to his workers and to his consumer. There must have been more than 9 phone calls for one service call. Cut down the calls and this company will go from good to great. Keep up the good work.

Carrington came in and got the job done very quickly. Replacing the blown off shingles with matching shingles and checking others to ensure that everything on the roof was in good shape. Use these guys they know what they are doing. Very professional.
