 + -1 moreThe company is poorly run and not responsive. This is a company that creates more headaches and tension than anything. As a Board Member I regret highly choosing this company. Strongly urge everyone to avoid this group. They are not professional.

 + -1 moreThe board decided to replace our prior management company with Capstone in 2009. They provided a written contract. They collect our monthly association fees. They collect bids and schedule all work done at the building. They found us our new maintenance, cleaning, and handyman employees. We have a few association meetings a year, which their property manager attends. They've always come prepared. They are good at resolving any rules & regulation issues. When we draft a budget every year, they are always helpful with providing suggestions and data. They do a good job at keeping records.
Description of Work: Capstone handles all aspects of managing our building. We are in East Lakeview. Our building is 32 units, condo, courtyard vintage building. Our building was developed to condo about 15 years ago. We hired them 3 years ago. We are on our 3rd property manager assigned to us. All of them have been great (Jackie, Lori, and Megan). They are experts at handling any "crisis" that may arise at our condo building. Communication is very good. They are very responsive. I'm the Board President and I rarely need to call them because they are pro-active. Generally, most business is handled via email. Prior to using Capstone, Wolin-Levin was our property management company.
