The project went smoothly start to finish. Ed explained all details and availed himself for any/all questions. He and his crew completed the roof replacement quickly and efficiently. The post project clean up was excellent. All costs associated with the project were laid out, and there were no surprises. 👍🏻

It was good. My only complaints was that Schram pushed me to claim the insurance on the roof on the house. They rejected the claim. We should not do that. The roof on our home was good in shape. The crew did a good job. He did great. The roof on the garage was good.

Thanks for the review and your business [Member Name Removed]! We really enjoyed working with you. Just wanted to clarify a bit of the information here. When a property claim is made, it’s for the entire property not just one roof or the other. The garage roof was approved and repairs were approved and completed on the house roof as well. They just didn’t agree a complete replacement was warranted on the house roof. There was damage to both roofs which is why we recommended working with the insurance. My experience was great. The guy came out and we spoke. The place was left immaculately clean. My neighbors have no complaints. They informed me in advance that they would come. They were great. They came as a whole team. I would recommend them. They were all about business.
