Finding honest tradesman is very important. I recently called Pat Cain based on the recommendation of my neighbor, who has used Pat for multiple jobs and recommends his work. I called Pat about a leak from my tub that was going through the ceiling to the first floor. The easy thing for him to do was to book at appointment and charge me for a visit as he explored and fixed the problem. Instead, he told me that there may be a simple fix that I could try myself. That worked, meaning that I don't have to pay for a visit. While Pat's honesty may have cost himself an hour's worth of fees, he has gained a customer in the long term. I will definitely use him for plumbing issues in the future.

We just moved to Park Ridge and came across several plumbing issues in our house. Patrick, owner of Cain's Plumbing is amazing! We highly recommend him for any issue, big and small. He is honest, straight forward, efficient and does quality work. He is very responsive. If the situation allows itself for several solutions, he clearly lays them out, so you can decide what works best for you and your budget. He also is proactive, showing us what maintenance needs to be done.

Cain Plumbing and Drainage I highly recommend Patrick Cain for all your plumbing needs. He came out and assessed the problem immediately and offered a fairly priced solution. He installed an ejector pump, check valve and had the entire area sanitized and properly sealed, whereas other companies had advised to redo the entire system and quoted me thousands of dollars more. I could not be happier with his work. He is prompt to respond to texts and is an expert in his trade!!

Patrick responds to texts and comes at any hour to repair issues. Price is right! :) I would hire him anytime I have plumbing issues. It truly is a "crap" job. Haha! And he takes care of it!
