+ 0 moreFloors are beautiful, Cornel explained our options and we are very pleased with the results. He and his small crew moved the large pieces of furniture for us. They started on Tuesday, finished on Thursday and were prompt, cleaned up each day, and very courteous. I highly recommend them. Their fee was also competitive with another local shop and I am so glad we choose CAC Flooring!
Description of Work: Oak floors in LR and DR were sanded and finished with Bona Amber Seal.

The quality of their work was extremely impressive as we can’t even see the transition to the news floors. + -1 moreIt was amazing the difference from before to finished project. Floors were in need of patching of holes and replacing damaged wood. You cannot tell the difference. Bona Driftwood stain looks incredible and H-D finish is commerce strength. I have used CAC a few times before and they never let me down.

Description of Work: We decided to have new wood floors installed in our living and dining rooms, which were carpeted, and to have the existing wood floors on the remainder of the first floor re-stained. We hired CAC Flooring at the recommendation of a local realtor who had given us suggestions on updating our home. We dealt with Cornel. It took awhile to get an estimate, and once the work commenced things went on schedule. They actually did very good work, especially feathering in the existing wood floors with the new ones. We ended up also re-doing our staircase in the entryway with wrought iron, which came out beautiful. Cornel and his crew, though rough around the edges, were true craftsmen. The problem was followup. Cornel basically disappeared for about 4 months after completing the staircase, even though I had not yet paid him for that part of the job. I honestly thought something terrible had happened because he talked about his serious health issues. Then one day he just appeared on my doorstep, and of course I paid him. Since then, he has disappeared again, even though he said he would finish the quarter-round around my fireplace and back door to complete the job. I was warned about working with someone who works out of a car, and though I liked him and he did good work, I'm upset that he did not complete the job.
