Excellent. Chuck arrived on time. I was unable to stay around while he completed the job, but he called me after the job was completed to let me know it was done. He also told me that the outside of the lowest panel had a small dent it it. He offered to come back with a replacement panel at no cost, or to reduce the price. I inspected the job and since the dent was small and it is in a busy alley, it likely would become damaged at some point in the future, so I opted for the discounted price. What impressed me was that Chuck was honest enough to call me and let me know about the damage. Many other contractors would probably have said it must have happened after he'd left (I've been through similar situations in the past). The job Chuck did looks great.
Description of Work: Removed and hauled the main garage door at a property I own in Berwyn. Even though Chuck operates out of Morengo, he had no issues handling the job, also works in Chicago and most of its suburbs. He removed and hauled the old door, supplied and installed a new door.
