We interviewed 3 different Real Estate Agents when we were looking to buy a condo in Chicago. We were most impressed with Joe and decided to use his services. We liked that he only represented buyers, so we wouldn't be pushed into looking at listings that we weren't interested in. We also liked that he cut us a check for 1% of the sale price at closing, which is pretty unusual as far as I know. Joe gave us his opinion when we asked for it and he really seemed knowledgable about the various neighborhoods in Chicago. He has a law background, which is beneficial and was able to recommend an Attorney and Mortgage Broker that we really liked as well. He took us to ~ 25 condos before we found the place that we did. If we were to buy another place in or near Chicago, we would use Joe from Buyers Advantage.

He was wonderful. He is really professional, shows you what you want and gives you great deal. He gives you one percent of his commission back to you on the sale.

Joe was great to work with! We provided him with a list of the things that were important in a property (including locations) and he provided us with potential listings to review online. Once we selected the properties that we were interested in, Joe set up all the viewings and appointments. Joe was very accommodating and available. He helped us negotiate a fair deal and also helped identify other services providers such as an inspector and attorney. We had never purchased new construction before; Joe was very frank about the properties we saw and provided great advice. We would definitely use him again. He provides great service and gives you 1% of the property purchase price back at the closing!
