+ -1 moreRECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL. RUSS TO QUOTE BID - HE WAS VERY VAGUE ABOUT ACTUAL APPOINTMENT TIME AND SAID HE'D CALL WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY. THE DAY BEFORE THE APPT I REALIZED THEY ONLY HAD MY WORK PHONE, SO CALLED BACK. RECEPTIONIST PAGED RUSS - HE DIDN'T EVEN REMEMBER WE HAD THE APPT. THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY I WAS HOME WAITING AND WAITING AND HE NEVER CAME. I GAVE UP AND WENT TO WORK AT 11 AND THERE WAS A MSG. AT WORK SAYING HE WAS AT MY HOUSE AT 9:30, BUT NO ONE WAS HOME (WHEN I WAS DEFINITELY THERE). RECEPTIONIST GREAT - THUMBS DOWN ON RUSS. NO WAY I'LL RESCHEDULE OR THEY WILL GET MY BUSINESS. WHEN I TALKED TO HIM ON THE PHONE HE SEEMED DISORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
