 + -1 moreHe was supposed to check the boiler in numerous years before the heating season. Never showed up or showed up weeks later. My brother kept waiting for him. In October of 2010, our boiler was inoperative. He never showed up. If I had not called someone else we would have froze. I found out later, he may have been having some severe personal problems.
Description of Work: This contractor was very good in the 1990's. He became one of the worst we ever from 2008 and 2010. Never showing up to maintain our boiler. Lester Burns was his name.
