Description of Work: We were under the gun and needed to replace our furnace in the dead of winter. We had prior contact with Bullseye, called them and they were able to come out so that was positive. Not so great was the fact that they wouldn't accept a charge card for such a major purchase, which also left us without the protection of a credit card company. We could have gotten a better furnace/deal by shopping around but didn't have that luxury due to the circumstances. We went ahead and had him install the AC recently and everything works. Just uncomfortable in 2016 paying cash for a major transaction.

 + -1 moreMy 50 Gallon Hot Water Tank in my small gold coast vintage condo had stopped heating water. Bullseye asked me a few questions over the phone and was available the very next day to take a look. The AO Smith tank did not appear to be leaking, but water had gotten into the electrical function. Phil laid out all the options, cost, life expectancy of fix, where the technology and manufacturer were developing their product lines, etc. I also asked for an innovative solution, which he researched for me to determine apppropriateness. (In the meantime, I had no hot water for dishes, laundry or showers). The new replacement tank that I wanted was in Joliet and the next shipment would not arrive until the following week. His assistant drove out to Joliet to pick up the tank so that I would not have to wait a week for hot water. They came early the next morning, switched out the tanks (took the old one with them), and they were done in 2 hours. This is the fourth time I have used Bullseye in 10 years, for different properties and different issues. They are my "go to" vendor of choice.

 + -1 moreBullseye arrived promptly and worked diligently until the job was complete and we were satisfied.
Description of Work: The previous installer provided substandard work resulting in gas leaks due to incorrect joint sealing materials used, did not take the time to draw air from the outside for a high-efficiency furnace, left us with a broken shut off valve on the whole house humidifier that could not be turned off during the warm months, etc. Bullseye fixed all these shortcomings.
