Thomas was great. He showed up right on time. One of the projects was pretty straightforward, but the other needed a little creativity. He got both jobs done very efficiently and quickly. He's also very personable, and although that's not necessary to get the job done, it's a wonderful perk.

Jesse came to our Lockport, IL home to assist in repairing bi-fold doors near our washer dryer. He identified the parts needed for repair and picked them up and promptly installed them. a great job and a very personable man. Very courteous.

How did it go? It didn’t. The connection between my roof dryer vent and the dryer hose needed reattached. The contractor stated he couldn’t access it from the attic, so instead of attempting to correctly repair the problem, he simply shoved the tube up into my attic and shimmed it in place with a couple pieces of drywall. Any licensed contractor would know that that is a recipe for mold and completely unacceptable. They will not be allowed to touch my house again.

Everything was completed to my satisfaction. Michael was punctual and very professional. He answered all of my questions.

The job was to install a cast iron hose reel on brick wall. Technician Tony arrived early and had all the necessary tools. He made good suggestions on where to place the unit and mounted it perfectly. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent!!! My first time using this kind of service. Keri was the nicest person to deal with. And did a Fantastic job. Told her everything I wanted in hanging my 6 floating shelves. We talked about spacing the shelves, how high and how to arrange them. She made the job look so easy. And when the job was finished, I was just standing there saying, "Oh my god". Beautiful outcome.
