I highly recommend BRH workman Manny Sanchez. He completed several small electrical jobs quickly. He correctly diagnosed reasons for lack of electricity in garage (faulty GFCI outlet) and at outdoor light at front door (faulty light switch). He installed ceiling fan and ceiling light. He was respectful and patiently answered my many questions.

Two people came and installed my window ac. It was very well done and efficient!

I've used BRH multiple times and they always exceed expectations - from scheduling, to project execution and follow up. Justin Lamerdin installed ClosetMaid Track Shelving for me and did a great job. Great attention to detail. Great communication. He also helped install some other things like bathroom towl bars, and a coat rack, with anchors into dry wall. He also did a great job with those.

No response after six days and a second email.

Victor called ahead, offering to come earlier since several of his jobs finished sooner than expected. I wasn't able to take advantage of it but appreciated his reaching out. When he did arrive, he'd already reviewed our photos and had a proposal for how to fix the downspout easily and inexpensively. He repaired the downspout, securing it in place so it wouldn't come off and ensured the water would be carried away from our building foundation. Another great experience with Budget Right Handyman!

Edwin was professional and friendly. He was on time and did an excellent job in installing an outlet for our electric fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and showed us the best place to install the outlet. The area was left clean and tidy. It would be a joy to have him work for us again.

Our technician, Sergio came out to the site and was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. It was nice dealing with someone who knows what he is doing and courteous in the way he carries himself. Fair. PRO- the company did reduce some of the overall cost, ad most of the final work looked good. CON-The first technician clearly didn't know what he was doing, and made a terrible mess - plaster on wall, cabinets, sink, stairs -despite me personally covering everything in plastic sheeting ahead of time. I had to hand-scrub the joint compound off the hardwood flooring, cabinets and tile grout up and down the stairs. He was nice, but very inexperienced. We had to complain and insist that a different tech be sent out. The second tech was considerably better, and had to redo almost all of what the first guy tried to do. Even then there were problems - holes for cover plates were cut incorrectly and in the wrong location despite my measuring and clearly marking the locations; there was a lot of plaster dust in the floor tile grout because the 2nd tech never used the plastic sheeting to cover the work area, and I had to recut some holes for other fittings myself.

It was not the biggest jobs, but their handymen were each time punctual, professional, did the job well and left everything cleaned up. And the rate was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

At the end of the day, budget right was fair and very accommodating. They really put forth an effort to take care of their customers and make sure they are satisfied. Overall my husband and I were happy after the work was completed.

Edwin (from BRH) is an experienced painter who did a great job with some interior painting in our home. I appreciate that Edwin was punctual, worked quickly, and did excellent work work. My family and I also appreciate his professional demeanor and flexible approach to completing this project.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the things that we needed to repair or replace and even provided guidance on future projects that I'd like to have taken care of. I have used this company in the past with some great results. However, the last experience was completely awful. The booker totally messed up all our information; including time, date and project; the work was very substandard. Also, I was charged double for the work actually done and the customer service to try and make things right was abysmal. In the past I have referred several people to this company, I am not sure if there was a change in ownership or something else but I would never refer or hire this company again.

I have used BRH several times and always ask for BRH technician Jesse Morris. His work is excellent and he is very knowledgeable. I would definitely use BRH again and highly recommend this company.
