Budget Right Handyman

I received service on Nov 4, 24. Chris the Technician provided excellent customer service. He arrived on time and completed an installation of my kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend!

The work was supposed to be initiated on 09/28/2024 at 9:00 am. Due to rain overnight, I grew concerned about one line item on the initial quote that required cement work. I started calling the office from 8:00 that morning and leaving messages. I even sent a text message asking for someone to call me. I wanted to also ask that when the team showed up, that they call my phone instead of ringing the door bell because it is so loud. No calls were returned and no text was responded to. When the representative (the same person who originally performed the inspection and proposal that I signed) showed up, he was accompanied by one other worker. Their names: Miguel Romero and Brian Gonzalez. I was anticipating several projects to be addressed on that day and the appointment was to begin at 9:00 am. Although they arrived right on time, I met them at the front door to immediately ask about my concerns due to the weather. Miguel explained that they never do cement work when there is rain due to complications water may cause in the drying and setting of the cement. After confusion about what I was expected to sign to begin the work and what fees I would be charged based on what was done in that day and what would happen on any return days that followed, everything went bad. Miguel ended up walking away, shouting from his car to me at my door that I was being rude to him. He then turned to Brian and encouraged him to leave as well. I asked numerous times to allow me to speak with his "supervisor" to understand all this new pricing information and my request about signing off for work that was never going to be addressed. He continued spewing negative accusations at me. The truth was he was being condescending, rude and impatient with me. He wanted me to assume he represented the company, yet he would not sign off on work he was not able to perform due to bad weather conditions. I offered to go back to the company and reschedule that work as a separate job and asked that he be willing to draw a line through that one item and both of us initial the agreement to omit that from the project. He refused. Ultimately Miguel drove off and Brian followed. Later I received a call back from one of the person's who work in the office. He confirmed the many calls I made prior to the team's arrival and the text messages. He took notes as I explained my concerns and my overall humiliation over how I was treated. He advised he would get back with me with an answer and have his customer relations team connect with me as well. About another hour or more after that, I received a text message and an email advising me that they would not be able to help me with the job and that I should find another company to help me. In a separate message, I received confirmation that I would not be charged for the day because I did not cancel the project. They accepted that it was their worker, Miguel Romero, and ultimately Brian Gonzalez who left

Scheduling the appointment for our bathroom faucets and shaving down our front door was easy speaking with Gage. Budget right handyman is cheaper than other handyman services I checked into and they work on weekends (which no other handyman services offered). I can't say enough about Victor who was assigned to our project. He arrived on time. He was professional, he worked efficiently to access our issue and presented us with options to choose from. He was very easy to talk to and listened to our concerns, made suggestions and answered all of our questions. He is a handyman that knows his stuff! We are extremely happy with the end result and have already scheduled our next project! Anytime that I can specifically request Victor, I WILL!

Needed to raise some walls in my condo, in addition to new baseboard, casing and doors. I got quotes from 3 different companies and Budget Right came in at a fair price and asked important questions that the other to providers didn’t ask, giving me the confidence that they know what they’re doing. Project went successfully and would definitely hire them again. Jesse and Thomas were the ones doing the work and they were fantastic to work with.

He was on time. The repair looks great. I am happy with it. If I have another project in the future, I may call them again. The cost was reasonable. All around great job.

Everything went well! They did a great job and responded and scheduled very quickly!

Jesse came out and worked on our outside garden house and also fixed our sliding glass door. The work was great and Jesse was professional, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be calling BRH again!

Everyone at BRH has been terrific. Dirk managed the job extremely well and was very friendly. We had tile replaced in our shower and Hugo and Enrico couldn't have been better. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They did a terrific job and we are definitely calling BRH again!

Budget Right handyman company has a superior employee Thomas!! He came over today and installed drywall and a new fan in my bathroom did a outstanding job he cleaned up behind his self was able to preserve the crown molding very professional went above and beyond the call of duty asked if there was anything else that I needed done Thomas you were the best definitely Will hire budget right handyman again.

Jesse did a FANTASTIC job as a carpenter. The project was re-wrapping some rotting architectural columns with PVC boards. Sam Cervantes was very responsive with all of my project questions and the estimating process. 5 Stars. Will use again for sure.

I recently used BRH for a drywall repair and I'm glad I did. Thomas was on schedule, accessed the repair & materials & in no time, got to work. I appreciate his attention to detail & hard work in a small space. And ignoring my yappy dogs

Hugo came to install our Ring doorbell and hardwire it. He was very efficient and I was able to connect it easily. He was also very personable -- my 4-yr-old granddaughter loved him!

Michael arrived on time. He explained the work that had to be done and he completed the job in an efficient manner. Michael was pleasant to work with.

Everything was done as requested. Jesse did an excellent job was precise, always on time and considerate of property and helpful.

Thomas was great. He showed up right on time. One of the projects was pretty straightforward, but the other needed a little creativity. He got both jobs done very efficiently and quickly. He's also very personable, and although that's not necessary to get the job done, it's a wonderful perk.

Excellent work and service for bars in our bathroom. Easy to set up with Budget Right Handyman. Manny was professional and thorough. This is the first time we used Budget Right Handyman and we plan to use them again.
