An excellent job of communication and completion of required tasks for a cost that was very reasonable.

Work was completed by Nate Ross whom I have used on many occasions. Excellent workmanship, professionalism and courtesy. Makes helpful suggestions.

Took a little longer than anticipated, but the quality of the work is evident. We did request that he also paint the room, so that added some time to the project. Nate is a pro who doesn't cut corners just to get the job done. He has a lot of good advice, too. If I need something precision done, I would request him specifically. Good job!

Off to a slow start, as we had 2 no shows for the scheduled appointments. However, once they put Art on the job he was prompt, professional and fixed what he came to fix. I was credited for the no show and project managers were prompt to return calls. Would use again.

The estimate process was very easy, consisting of me sending some pictures and rough measurements in with a description of what was needed. After having three separate contractors either blow me off by not returning my calls or by showing up and then never sending an estimate, Brad at Budget Right was on top of things. Once the work was scheduled to commence Luis M. and Nate P. showed up on time, were super friendly, were very respectful of my home and did not seem to mind me popping in to observe and ask questions. The job proceeded as expected without any issues and was completed on time. I got an early Christmas present of a finished basement. I used Budget Right a few years ago for a bathroom remodel and it still looks brand new. So, once again a great experience. I for sure will call Budget Right first from now on for my construction needs.

OK. They needed a lot more time the expected which was an annoyance but the work was completed and price was fair.

Very well. The handyman was able to rehang the shutters and after a slight adjustment for squaring things up we were very pleased with the result. One-hundred percent satisfied.

We weren't as prepared as we should have been--needed to buy more supplies, so the work took longer than estimated and had to be performed over two visits. Not the handyman's fault--in the end, he did a fine job!

Stan did nice work. He arrived early and worked quickly to get the job done. Would definitely use again of other projects

I called the (877)-507-2126 number and explained that I installed a new hot water heater, and simply need to have someone connect it (water lines, gas line, and vent pipe). I was told that it would take four hours, which was complete nonsense. I put in my old hot water heater 20 years ago, and it took me a bit over two hours. It is obvious the deal advertised is just a bait to eventually get more money from an unsuspecting customer.

Excellently. Nothing to complain about. Will hire again. Work took less than 3 hours, but worker also did minor fence repair to complete 3rd hour of work.

Andrew San Roman was on time, courteous and did a good job, as quick as one hour service, specially in the cold weather. Also company gave a very good price. thank you so much.

Manny did a great job and was fast and efficient. Fixed lighting and replaced ballast. Would definitely hire Budget Right Handyman again.

Daniel did a great job! He was early to the job, very professional and communicative. He complimented my house and my cats, which was nice! He made sure to put newspaper on the floor so as to not make a big mess, he cleaned up after himself (and even took the garbage with him!). Overall very satisfies and would hire him again.

Everything was great! Mario was professional, timely, clean, and knew exactly what he was doing. There were a few bumps, nothing of their doing, but he was able to solve each problem and didn't mind staying when it took longer than expected. I would absolutely hire again! And even before the service date, the communication with the team was excellent. Very prompt and flexible when I had to change a date.

Stan was on-time, personable, and professional and performed all jobs well.

Hector was at our house right on time. He took time to figure out what was wrong, get the right materials, and fix this complicated project. He was polite, personable, and easy to work with! The response time of this company was great as well.

Excellent overall. They were very prompt in answering my message. And when a lot of handyman companies said they could not do this job (which is baffling as it is really easy job- likely they did not read the company instructions I sent) they reviewed the instructions and quickly said they could accomplish. The two men that showed up were courteous and professional. They were efficient with their time and did an excellent job. I am a very happy customer!

Had to hire someone else to redo two failed attempts by two different Budget Right techs to install the thermostat. Per the Ecobee brand installation instructions, it was a 45 minute install.

Overall work went very well. The two representatives (Stu and Gabriel) knew their stuff. They were efficient, professional and courteous. For example, one of the ceiling fans was defective. They troubleshot the problem and explained exactly what I needed to get replaced from Home Depot. Problem was solved quickly. Only issue was how I described the work for the ceiling repair. It was probably a bigger job than I expected or described. It probably needs drywall preplacement as opposed to the skimming/sanding/painting that was performed. The ceiling looks much better than before, but eventually the larger project of drywall replacement will need to be performed. As noted, this was more of an issue of how I described the work in the RFP.
