Budget Right Handyman

Mario S and Reymound B worked at my house on two different days. They were on time, speedy and did the job. It's not easy to find people for small jobs, so yes, I would definitely hire again.

Job went great. Joe is very good at what he does. He explained everything to me regarding what needed to be done. Very noe and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again for any other jobs.

We needed a large master bedroom, powder room, hallway, stairway and walls painted. Budget Right sent Stu McLean to do our interior painting. Stu was on time, professional in his work and friendly. He is a highly skilled painter and did an excellent job. There was not a drop of paint splattered anywhere. We were amazed at how neatly an quickly he worked. He also made some suggestions that were very helpful. It was a pleasure to have him work for us.

When we found our furnace exhaust pipes were trapping water and leaking in the walls, we had to have a technician (from another company) cut into much of the drywall to re-route the exhaust. We had Budget Right come out and repair the walls when the job was done. Andy was very kind, thorough, and even helped the furnace technicians plan how to re-route the piping. In the end he did a perfect job.

Manny was very professional, thorough, and did an all around super clean job. He arrived on time, gave me a quick estimate for the day, and got to work. The home theater system now looks like it was made for the house. Hardly a cable in sight. I'm SO GLAD I didn't attempt to do this myself. I'll have Manny back for future electrical projects.

Took them 3 hours to install a vanity and re caulk another. Vanity leaks and faucet not securely replaced on the other. Seemed to be more interested in standing around asking questions and offering suggestions than completing work.

very well. The electrician was prepared and performed the work easily and in a timely fashion. The problem turned out to be a short in a hanging fixture. He removed the fixture due to faulty wiring. I'll use Budget Right to install the new fixture when I decide on one. I was very pleased with the whole transaction.

The whole process went smoothly from the initial call with Sam to set up the project to the final installation. BRH notifies you with emails as to who will be doing the work, confirming time and providing the proof of insurance. Manny and Nate were great to work with. They were professional, conscientious and finished the project within a half an hour of the estimate. We will definitely use them again for some other planned projects.

Not exactly as planned. The first appointment they cancelled the morning of the day the appointment was to take place. y husband took off work to be there for the handyman. When we went to make the second appointment I was told I had to give them my credit card info prior to the appointment or there would be no appointment. As I had already prepaid and with no expectation of a refund, I had to agree. The guy showed up to do the work but indicated the work would take way longer than the prepaid hours. At no time did the company call me to discuss the estimation of time and resulting fees. The handyman did not paint the bathroom but did put up the cabinet and the light fixture.

The handyman showed-up exactly on time, was courteous, knew exactly how to complete each of the various tasks that needed to be done and actually finished sooner than expected. This is the 3rd time I have used this service and I am always completely satisfied with the work done.

The process went very smoothly. Joey was amazing. You can see that he is a perfectionist in his work. I do feel that the process took a longer time to be completed, but overall I am very pleased.

My closet doors were in need of repair. I called BRHM because of the excellent service I received in the past, and was not disappointed. Cleon Sledge did an excellent job getting the doors operational in a jiffy.

Required $20.00 deposit for an estimate or would wavier $20.00 for credit card number. Neither was acceptable to me.

Hector was great. Showed up on time and worked all day without taking a break.

Mario C was great. He was there before I even got to the house, assessed the problem and was back with supplies right when I got there. Did the job on time and thanked me for my business. Would hire again in a second.

I have used Budget Right to help me set up my new offices in Naperville. Each time they send me the BEST!!! Stu McLean & Cleon Sledge did a fantastic job! I had them set up the conference rooms - hiding all those cords, fix all the cabinet draws and doors (securing them), light touch up painting, hang monitors, prep for white board installation, rearrange furniture and everything else I need in the office. These gentlemen did a FANTASTIC job for me! I highly recommend them!

Leonard was great! He showed up just a bit early and worked quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism and will ask for him again on future projects.

The tech (Rey) did a great job. The floor air return cover was a little challenging, but he got it in with no problem. He ran to Home Depot when he realized I had the wrong sized air filter (oops), and the wrong color silicon caulk. The caulking was done really nicely. As always, I am happy with Budget Right Handyman.

I got service from this company on 2 separate jobs, both were dealing with drywall, corner beads, and mudding the area. The first, also included putting up a new closet door. The second included a fireplace demolition as well. I couldn't be more pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, accurate, punctual and overall, outstanding work that these guys do. THEY DO NOT CUT CORNERS, THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT! I would definitely call them again for the tough & messy jobs, because their work ethic & results are top notch.

Andy came out on just 24-hours notice to move electrical (light and outlet) for a drywall project. He was prompt and professional - and made a suggestion to improve the project outcome.

It went well - 1.5 day job, Mario,Leonard, Cleon all had a hand. I contracted them to haul debris from job, but when it looked like it would be multiple loads to the dump (I'd need to pay landfill fees plus time to haul), the guys mentioned it'd be cheaper to order a dumpster. So that's what I did, and it probably saved me several hundred dollars as well as a bunch of back and forth driving. They got the demo done, swept up, got all the debris out of the basement and into the dumpster. Exactly what I was looking for.

We purchased a 2 hour Deal with an option to extend if we needed it. We were able to schedule them within a few days of securing the deal; Stan arrived on time ((early, actually) and worked steadily to knock it all out in 3 hours. He was professional and personable, knew what he was doing and willing to get our input. Would definitely hire again--thank you!

Terrific! Stu was early, polite, courteous, professional & most importantly efficient & knowledgeable! He quickly repaired 3 electrical issues, cleaned up & concurred the garage project! I have projects which need to be addressed in Spring; I will have Budget Right back @ the house with a special request for Stu!
