The technician arrived a few minutes early. He was very nice and completed the job fast and efficiently. I highly recommend these guys!

Our technician from Budget Right Handyman, Mario Salazar, listened to our list of needed actions supplied to us by the buyer of condo. Mario was very professional, listened to me describe the issues, explained what actions he would take, and he explained his results. He was personable, informative, and very task oriented. I enjoyed my interaction with him, and felt he was very knowledgeable.

Manny Sanchez did a great job, he explained what he was going to do. He worked quickly and efficiently. He had to custom fit a metal bar to reinforce the door and did a great job.

Manny Sanchez finished the job, I wanted to add that he also cleaned up well after the job was done. He also went over the work he had done and asked if I had any questions or concerns.

I had water damage to my bathroom wall and they repaired the wall and it looks great. It is a very professional company will definitely will use them again.

The gentleman they sent over was very polite and professional. He really took his time doing a nice job of recaulking the tub. I did not feel he was as good a painter as a "caulker," but my grandfather and uncle were both professional painters so I have pretty high standards for that. I would rehire again for the recaulking but not for the painting.

Budget Right sent out a person to install a bathroom prehung door on 5/23/18 and the install did not go well. They sent out a 2nd tech a few days later to inspect the problem. After conferring with the office, it was decided they should send out a guy to fix the first installation. Nate arrived on time for the appointment and after looking over the situation, he had to make a trip to Home Depot for supplies. Nate was very professional and made sure the job was professional and to my liking. It took some time, but he did a great job of getting it right. I'm totally satisfied with the work and will call and ask for Nate the next time I have a project. Budget Right guarantees the work for a year and although it took most of the afternoon to get it right, I was not charged for the labor, only supplies. I'm really happy with Budget Right's professionalism and making sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I also want to thank Sam for taking so much time and effort to help me out and also for sending one of his top men to make sure things went well.

The technician Nate came out on Sunday and arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

Mario was great. We booked 10 hours and had a list of projects that I genuinely wasn’t sure we would get done in that time. Mario listened carefully while we walked him through each one, made some suggestions, and then got everything done in about six hours. Quality of work was great, he was both friendly and professional, and price was very reasonable. We will definitely ask for Mario again next time we need work done around the house.

The whole process went extremely well Dylan arrived on time and was extremely helpful, He installed the new and outlet and cleaned up after he was done. I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was performed. I would absolutely hire again.

Mario Chavez and Chris A. Rodriguez did a great job- they showed up on time and worked hard all day and completed an estimated two-day job in one. They were were very careful with my cabinets and countertop so that they could be put back and saved me so much by not having to replace them. After the job was done they left everything clean which I really appreciated. Would definitely hire them again!

The person that scheduled the appointment was courteous. Nate Ross was the handyman assigned to the project and I was not a huge fan. He failed to call to inform me that he was running late. After 10+ minutes i called to inquire about his status and was informed that he should arrived shortly. Needless to say, he arrived 15 minutes late. He also arrived in sandals. The replacement of the kitchen faucet took less than an hour. We had the faucet and it was a quick job. He did a good job and we were satisfied with the work. Overall, he did a good job and would use their service again. I would request another person.

It went very well. Tom worked very hard and did a very good job. He painted the baseboard heaters, put up a cabinet door that had fallen off, and put together an Ikea TV stand.

The job went very well. Manny was professional and efficient. The door knobs look beautiful and work smoothly. Manny also fixed my side entry door (it was sticking when opened or closed) and I can continue using my closet without worrying the door will fall on my head.

Budget Right Handyman has been by far one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered with any contractor. They came out to give an estimate for the work I needed done. I communicated that I felt they were too pricey but would trust that they could provide quality work. They gave me a date to start the work a month later. I asked if it would be okay if I purchased the materials ahead of time because I hadn’t anticipated them giving me a schedule date for work so much later than the date of the estimate. During this wait time I was told that they would pick up the materials (I was charged in advance). After they received payment, I inquired about the type of flooring and decided to go with hardwood instead on laminate. I spoke with them on several occasions and was told that was fine I wouldn't be charged different they just needed to know. After they ripped my floor that that they charged me for laminate, they lied about having any recollection of me asking them will there be a different or upcharge for hardwood (again was told there wasn’t one), I assumed so since the estimate was already too high). I was also told not to purchase for the other part of my flooring since I wasn’t getting that done during the same time (hardwood cannot sit unless it was going to be installed after a specific period of time; I am more than sure they completely understood what I wanted. They didn’t pick up the flooring until the day after they stripped my floor after I called for pick-up more than 10 times in between the 30 day scheduling. I was told they would call me back as soon as possible. I didn’t get the call until they went to pick up the wood. Their workers told me they are not doing a wood floor and it would cost me way more to do it. They then ripped my new laminate flooring from my dining area (total error on their part) and used the tile that I bought for my kitchen flooring. They also put a small patch by my exit door; neither of which done correctly. They both were uneven and poorly cut. I told the management that I would not discuss anything further with them after they finally apologized for all the miscommunication exclaiming that it was errors on their part for having me speak to several people. They left all the old flooring in my garage and poured the remainder of the materials they used to put the floor down in the front of my home drainage system. I was later threatened that there would be a lien put on my home if I didn’t continue to work with them. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I ENCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO EITHER. They are currently trying to sue me for work they never performed while also not considering the extra cost I accrued as a result of their incompetency.

It went well. Bid was a little higher than estimated but they kept me apprised along the way. All in good fast work. Value for the money. R

Called for availability and was quoted and given an appointment with e-mail confirmation right away.Contractor arrived on time and completed the work with excellent quality. He cleaned up after the work, left receipt on table because I had to leave. and called me to let me know that he was done, the total cost (which was exactly what was quoted), and that he locked the door behind him. Came home to find everything worked great. Could not be more satisfied with Budget Right. This was my second time using them and I will continue to use them again for my random tasks around my rental properties and my own home.

Excellent service, very reasonable rates, very professional -- I will use them again, with no issues whatsoever. And, I usually tend be very critical. This was a very small job. Terrific experience.

The technician came at the promised time (exactly). He went right to work on the first task which was a range hood that was falling down. Then the second job, hang blinds. Then, the third job hang curtain rod. Then pull out a stubborn screw from the wall. I definitely will call upon this company for future jobs.

Tom was friendly and explained things to me. The work he did was very good quality. I would definitely use his services for other things.

This is the second time I've used Budget Right and our service tech, Henry, was great. He figured out why we were having a sink leak and was able to fix it quickly. He also added some interior caulk and exterior insulation that we hadn't been able to get around to.

We are delighted with the installation of a our living and dining room floors that was done by Joey Davis and Nate Pierson. Joey has done work for us before and it was a pleasure to have him come back again. They were both very personable and professional. Every detail of concern regarding the floors was discussed beforehand. They were willing to work with us on any problematic areas. In fact, one area that we were told would be a problem ended up not being a problem at all. Joey and Nate both agreed on a way to lay the flooring, and the flooring came out perfect just the way they said.
