Tyron did a great job on all the projects in my home. He was always on time and super courteous.

Sergio and Nate P arrived on time to repair my old wooden gate. They analyzed what needed to be done and what parts were needed and while one tech worked on removing the old gate, broken pieces of wood and screws, the other picked up what was needed to complete the job. Both worked diligently to complete the job by reinstalling and aligning the old gate in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the repaired gate and I will definitely use them again.

It went great they did an excellent job. They are affordable. I would highly recommend.

BRH had come out to realign a front door that we have had issues yearly. Andrew was very punctual when he showed up and performed a through job to our complete satisfaction. Both my wife and I were very happy to have the door working properly again. On a side note, since it was a good experience the first time using BRH, we hired them again a week later when our microwave went out and needed a replacement. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Manny Sanchez helped to remodel 2 bathrooms for us in March of this year. He did an outstanding job. Recently, we had some minor unrelated plumbing problems. Manny came out and did a quick, expert job of repairing our toilet tank, sink stopper, and faucet. Manny was on time, friendly to work with and very knowledgeable. He went right to work, examined the problem, and purchased all necessary parts. The price was super reasonable and was done right the first time. We have not had anymore problems. Thanks again, Manny!

We were very pleased with the work done. The repairman was very efficient, professional, and pleasant. He was able to change out the light fixtures and outlets much quicker than we thought it would take. Since it took less time, the price was cheaper. We will definitely have him back, the next time we need electrical work done.

The tech was right on time, courteous, professional and did an excellent job. He even took a look at an issue I had with a toilet that wasn't part of my original request. I was very happy and felt their pricing was more than fair

I have used and recommended Budget Right several times over the last few years. Not anymore. They will no longer answer the phone if you call to request scheduling. I have tried to call multiple times in the past few weeks and all I get are rings and eventually a disconnection. Several weeks ago I got an answer and was told to send photos to one of the contractors so he could better understand the problem. I got no response from the contractor or the project manager. I tried to call today and I’m still getting no answer, and no voicemail. I did finally get through to someone a couple weeks ago and was told that a project manager would call me back, but of course, nobody ever did. I’m done with Budget Right. It’s a shame too because they do decent work, but an unreachable, unresponsive handyman service is good for nothing. Update from review 8/2/2018: I received a call back from a scheduler (they must have caller ID since I couldn't leave a message). He informed me that they would not be able to help with my project now because they "don't do diagnostic work." Apparently they will only fix things if a homeowner can identify the exact source of the problem, otherwise they're not interested. If I knew what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, why would I call a handyman service in the first place? I wanted to pay them to cut out the drywall above my door and remove the wet insulation, find and seal the area where rain is coming in, replace the drywall, paint the wall, and replace my door. If that is too much for them to handle, then they aren't really handy after all. This is not the same company that it used to be. I would avoid dealing with them - the contractors are great, but the schedulers are quick to tell you how they can't help. It's too bad; Budget Right used to be really good!

Manny Sanchez, the technician, was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to complete all work.

BRH repaired a bit of damaged ceiling plaster/drywall. They completed the work in the time and for the price estimated.

This Company is a Fraud. I would not refer this Company to an enemy. This Company claims to charge by hour. The gentlemen I spoke with said $77 per hour, when contractor came out his estimate stated $67 per hour. I was told the job would take 2 days. The estimate was higher than any other estimate I received. I do not recommend this Company. I paid $19 for an estimate only to waste my time. Don't be charmed by his friendly demeanor.

Joey as usual came out and did an OUTSTANDING job! Joey has been doing various remodeling jobs for us since March of this year. The job was not complicated. However, it did become somewhat of a problem because my husband could not find the "stair nose" and I wanted the top landing level with no rising. (Joey had to lay the new floor over the existing floor and their is always a difference in the height.) We told Joey what we wanted and how we wanted it done. He said no problem. He used a piece of transition modeling to do the facing of the landing. The upstairs landing is perfectly level and the stair facings are beautiful. He made the cuts so quick and perfect. We are just delighted. Thanks again, Joey. Great job and great customer service!

There was a bit of a mix up about the start time, but they were very responsive about this and got right back to me about when my technician would arrive. At that point Paris came when he said he would and was great. He was super friendly and efficient and got the job done in an hour, even with having to go out to get supplies. You can't beat the price and they were also very easy to schedule. Would definitely use again if I have any handyman needs.

The project was done 7/24/18. The workmen were prompt, courteous and ready to work. I already had a section of unused fence in my garage that fit the damaged area quite well. Although I had replacement hardware for gate, a trip to Home Depot was still needed. They did a fine job on the fence and the gate. Although somewhat costly, I would hire them again.

I send them a picture on Tuesday, he said that he didn't received it. I resend it again on his e-mail and he gave me a quote over the phone $77 a hour, 16 hours for 2 days and 8 hours a day in total $1232 and I think a outrageous price for a 6 steps railing or a average size railing, sand of the rust, seal it and paint it.

While I found their responsiveness a little slow, I appreciated their flexibility when I needed to reschedule. The technician was suppose to be out at 8am. He called to tell us he would be 45 minutes late. He arrived at 8:45 on the dot. He had scrap drywall which saved us some money (he didn't have to go and purchase which we were told was part of the hourly fee). He was polite and courteous. We are very happy with the work he performed and will definitely hire them again and have already recommended!

Our basement water damage repair was too small for a lot of contractors, but Budget Right Handyman completed it within our price range. They called us and were able to schedule repairs and repainting of the bathroom ceiling within 3 days. There was some confusion about the timing of the installation of the baseboards in a second damaged room, but the work was rescheduled and completed the next week. Both workers sent out were professional, polite and they worked diligently. We would use them again.

I was very disappointed. The technichan came to my house was unable to remove the existing dishwaher because the ceramic floor tiles had to be removed and the tech did not have the proper tools to remove the tiles. The tech was in my home for approxiamtely 15 minutes and I was billed for that time. I had to rescheduled. The following week a different tech came to my house to replace the dishwasher. He was unable to perform the job because the water shut-off valve was broken and he could not turn off the water. I am not sure if he broke the valve or the previous tech broke the valve. But this tech did not have an extra valve with him. He was in my house for 15 minutes and I was billed for that visit. When I received my credit card bill I noticed the charges for all the visits. I called the office and explained the situation. I told them that I should not be billed for these visits for unfinished work. I compared it to being billed for getting an estimate for a job that was not completed. The office manager said that they would look into the matter and get back to me. I never received a call back. This company is very unprofessional. F-grading.

Ray showed up on time (actually early, but he had called to see if it was OK). He was friendly and professional, getting right to work and installing the disposal easily. Two jobs in my bathroom were harder, but he accomplished them, and every electrical job I had for him he achieved so easily that I said he must be magic. I will definitely use BRH–and Ray–again.

Very happy with Manny Sanchez. We had a primary task for him which he completed with a thorough attention to detail, displaying a knowledge and competence in dealing with electrical and HVAC. He finished that task with the area looking much better than I had hoped for. He also handled a wide range of other tasks I threw at him including electrical repairs, a plumbing issue, and installing a new mailbox. Amazing service!

Only one light was installed and could not install the other. They sent a young guy who proceeded to take apart incorrectly the security light--he unscrewed the inside of the light and then I had to put it back together so he could actually install it. After finally connecting the wires, he struggled to install the first light due to incorrect sized screws. He kept saying that he had the right screws in his truck but never brought any back when he went to search and just kept saying that the part was wrong. On the second light, he said there was no electrical power in the box although there was a working light there a few months ago. All of this took an hour and a half. The handyman was very inexperienced and did not seem to know what he was doing.

The first 2 service calls was a great experience and I had the same handyman. The 3rd service call worked out fine and the company responded to my needs.

Our technician, Raymond Bledsoe, arrived exactly at 8:00am. He explained how he was going to install each component and then meticulously completed each project. Each area was left spotless. He even showed us how to program our devices. He knows his stuff! This is our second time using Budget Right Handyman and we are highly impressed and appreciative of their service. We highly recommend them!
