Budget Right Handyman

A leaking toilet from the floor above damaged my ceiling. Elvis from Budget Right Handyman fixed the damaged plaster and repainted the ceiling to match. Everything looks great!

Great. Kevin Pudinoff, the handyman, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job putting up the doors in a very reasonable time. I plan to use this service (and request Kevin) for several more projects around the house.

We had multiple fixes that needed to be done, from electrical adjustments to attaching multiple objects into the drywalls. Elvis Seric was the technician that helped us. He was very efficient and spend time to answer all the questions we had. We are very satisfy with his service.

Mario was punctual and helped us work out a solution to a difficult problem. He completed the job quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Will hire again.

I initially used Budget Right handyman and was incredibly disappointed in the quality of work of the technician and their professionalism. I sent a complaint to Budget Right and they responded with a phone call and an attempt to remedy the situation by sending me a second handyman. I highly recommend him, Manny Sanchez. He finished all of my tasks and was professional and patient with me as I explained what I needed. I was really happy that Budget Right handyman was so thorough and respectful in their follow up. I will definitely use BRH again and this time I will request Manny right at the beginning.

We were extremely lucky to have Joe Davis come out. He was extremely professional, great disposition and multi talented. He worked non- stop, without a break until he was finished. He seems to really enjoy what he does for a living. We hope to have Joe come out here again. Highly recommend him.

My customer journey began with Chris, a very professional project manager who provided me with some critical information that helped me decide to go with BRH: 1) Got back to me quickly - had a very pleasant phone conversation 2) Had availability for the next day 3) Mentioned they run background checks on all employees and guarantee work for up to 1 year 4) Provided pricing structure and estimated hours to complete the job. Next point of contact came via text message that the original technician had to work longer on the previous job than expected, and asked if I could push the appointment back one hour (which was fine with me) Finally, I met the technician (James) who completed all of the work very close to the estimated time. I am extremely satisfied with the work overall. I like the recognition system BRH uses to show your appreciation for your technician - which I am taking advantage of. I will definitely recommend BRH to a friend or family member, and I will also use them again for future repairs!

Nate, their tech, was the ideal representative of BRH. He called before arriving, was ON TIME, was very respectful and helpful and did a great job. The process was simply flawless. BRAVO!!!!

Terrible. The man was out here two times I still don’t have the door re-insulated and he had somebody stain the door which is a terrible job. it’s terribly done. I’ve tried to contact the resolution specialist at budget Ihandyman and they stop calling me but did issue the charge even though I did not sign the invoice and stated that the work was unacceptable. They have not responded to any of my attempts to resolve the issue. This is the first time I have used their service. I do not know how they have received all of these positive ratings. I gave left several messages and no one has contacted me

This visit reinforced my appreciation for Budget Right Handymen. I've used them for several years, several times a year and Jared was as professional and competent as I've always found their employees to be. Jared got to work and knocked out the list of projects quickly and efficiently. I recommend Budget Right Handymen, and Jared, whole-heartedly.

Although I ultimately went with a different vendor, I want to comment on the proposal process. 1. Chris was the first of all vendors invited to respond to my request. Someone was on site immediately to review the project. 2. Within 2 days of inspection, I had a detailed proposal from these guys. I was impressed with the quick response and detailed description of work and costs. 3. They were patient while I worked through the proposal process with competing vendors. I will definitely consider them for any future work. Thanks guys.

Thank you, Brian! Fully satisfied with repair and especially with additional problem solving needed beyond main repair. Was surprised that it took nearly a week to get someone out but definitely worth the wait to feel comfortable and satisfied with work done. Plan to use them in the future for a number of maintenance issues -- will be sure to schedule well ahead of time.

Service was done early. The technician was always in contact with me and when he had finished early on his calls, he came directly to my home to fix my problem.

My mother called this company and they asked for her credit card info before they would come out to give her an estimate. We didn't give it to them, they sounded sketchy.

It went very well, work was completed sooner than I expected. As always Luis was so knowledgeable professional and courteous. Luis transformed our garage as well as our laundry room. Budget right handymen will always be our go to whenever we need projects done around the house. Art did an excellent job repairing the damaged wall. He arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. I will utilize Budget Right Handyman again in the future and have used them several times in the past.

really well it was a good job. luis did a good job on caulking on the bottom of the door and the crack of the porch and house with caulk.

Great! The handyman did all the repairs quite competently and carefully. I appreciated that he answered my questions patiently. He used his creativity by securing screening material inside my heating vents to prevent insects from coming into the living area. (crawl space--no basement) I was thrilled with the work! Regarding the cost of the work, part of the time was needed to go to the store to buy materials.

Outdoor plug good,one ceiling fan installed but did not know how to use prewired wall switch, could not figure out how to disassemble existing ceiling fan to replace with new one, and the drywall was the last task started so it was left a big lumpy mess. I've left 4 messages asking for a return call from a project manager since I was told that I needed to talk to them to have things finished. so far no call and no completion. the person sent did not have the skillset to do the work required.

Great - Vincent came on time and finished on time. Quality job and took care of the cleanup of the old blinds getting them into a garbage can in the garage.

Quoted $18,000 to fix a chain link fence. Next highest bid is $4.9k. Had the audacity to charge us $19 to quote for the job; then never sent the quote until prompted.
