James Ford arrived on time and did a great job. He worked in the rain to get the job done. I’ve used Budget Right Handyman several times over the past few years. Always satisfied with their service.

They were extremely excellent. Mario and Raymond were the two gentlemen that came out for the 5 day project. They were really phenomenal Highly recommend.

Both Chris and Nick in the front office were very professional and helpful in explaining the process and scheduling the work. Andy S. arrived as scheduled and performed quality work within the time frame quoted. Andy was very professional. We ran into a glitch with the completed work. We contacted Budget Right Handyman and Chris on the spot came up with a solution. Luis M. took care of everything to our complete satisfaction. Luis was great. Prices are fair and reasonable. I will definitely use Budget Right Handyman in the future and recommend them.

Mario from Budget Right Handyman was prompt, professional and on task. The projects were completed in the estimated time frame and to my satisfaction. While the hourly rate was initially off-putting, Mario's promptness and focus made up for it.

Luis Ortiz did a great job and tenant was very happy with his work. He had to deal with a few other issues along the way (lockbox issue, alarm, etc.) and maintained a positive attitude and good humor all the way through. I very much appreciated it!

Luis was terrific, was able to come early because he had a cancellation. Called first to verify that it was ok with us. Pleasant, efficient, professional. He was finished with job quickly and able to do 2 other tasks (hang heavy mirror and hang lamp, without charging for extra time. Great company, great technician.

My appt was for 9:00 & at 9:20 I received a call from Stan (the handyman) saying he was coming out instead of the original guy Joey. Stan said he’d be there within the hour & he did arrive well within that time. By beef is & the reason for my two fair ratings, I would have appreciated a call or text from the company letting me know Joey would not be coming & that they were sending someone else who could not be at my house by 9, instead at 8:50 I received only an emai that Stan was coming with no other explanation. I don’t check my email every few minutes. Stan once he arrived was great & installed my lights within an hour. So yes I’d use you guys again & hopefully I get Stan.

We had plumbing work done where they had to go into the wall. We needed drywall patched and tiles put back in. We hired Budget Right after finding them on Angie's List. Stan West and Luis Martinez were extremely professional and our bathroom looks fantastic now. They put up the drywall and tiles, repainted the walls and recaulked the tub. Budget Right made the project go very easy and the work is very good, I will hire them again.

It was awful. My desk only cost me $119.00. My handyman took 2 1/2 hours for an incomplete job. That’s cost me $192. I Would never hired these people again. So I still have an incomplete desk.....Wow!!! What do I do now.

Hinges on our bathroom vanity mirror were brokenn. Jarred showed up on time and was super quick and efficient. Fixed the problem and was pleasant and helpful with my questions. Would definitely hire again.

Mario Salisar was ver professional. While waiting for caulk to dry, he asked if there was anything else he could do, this the storm door lock was repaired. I would ask for him again.

Initially, I was very unhappy with the handyman they sent. I spoke to the company and they promised to fix the issue and send another handyman to take care of things. Exceptional customer service. It is unfortunate that the original handyman that came to my house did not have the skills. The company made it right by promising to send another person.

My main beef -- and it is a small one -- was that little bits of mess were left around the project areas, and the shovel used to mix the concrete (for the fence post) was left with concrete on it when it could have easily been rinsed off. These messes seemed to be a message that women should clean, not supervise handymen. People who do good work -- and he did good work -- usually show a lot of pride and tidy up their work areas when they are done. The fence post turned out to be a tricky problem and he showed a lot of persistence and a strong back, eventually using a pick to remove the old concrete and remains of the old fence post. The end result looks sturdy and was neatly done. The weatherstripping was applied very neatly around the front and back doors and the toilet flushing mechanism was properly installed -- the instructions looked VERY complicated. We would definitely hire Budget Right Handyman again. And the communications from the office were very professional and helpful.

Enrique does exceptional work and very prompt and professional. Everything looks amazing and I'm extremely pleased.

They did install but the spacing was wrong. The space for the ref should be 36, but they left 37. And for a 30 inch range, they left 33 inches And they are not returning my contacts. I filled out a complaint form online last Sunday, I was promised to be contacted by a project manager by Monday but I never heard from them.

Great work done at the quoted price. Very professional.
