Art Cardona came on Day 1 of the 2-Day job to assist with removing very heavy window blinds from very tall windows. He then loaded them up and hauled them away. He was fast, easy, prompt, and professional!

Work was completed as requested. Though two different colors of caulk were used around the tub and into wall corner. Would have preferred sticking to one color. If they ran out of the one color, better to say something rather than make assumption about the switch. Grout work was fine. It was as a regrout, so I don't expect perfection. I'm just glad we got everything resealed to prevent future water damage in the shower area.

Estimated time according to BRH scheduler was 2 hours. It required twice that amount of time(4 hours) for no apparent reason. There were no trips for supplies and no significant or unforeseen complication. Carpenter tried a little from the bottom of the door, but that required all of 5-10 minutes. In the end, the quality of work was fine. Just took too long. BRH did finally charge me for 3 hours vs 4 after I complained.

Nick Reyes arrived promptly and we discussed what projects I needed completed. He was very efficient and completed the work that was requested. He was extremely courteous and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. He had to remove the ceiling fan in the kitchen to repair the drywall. Two days after the work was completed I realized the ceiling fan was not working properly. The office returned my call promptly and scheduled Nick to come out and remedy the problem. The fan was fixed with no additional charge and I was happy with the work completed. I would definitely recommend this company and use their services in the future.

Andrew did an outstanding job. the shelving looks far better than I had expected. He measured everything perfectly! He spent just over 2 hours working. Very efficient and professional.

Jarred was punctual, professional, and a very nice guy. He fixed both of our storm doors and gave us a clear estimate on some additional work we are considering for the future. I have used Budget Right Handyman many times over the years, and I've always been pleased.

I paid $300 and nothing was accomplished. I talked with a project manager explaining what our situation was on the floor of our bathroom shower. We have white deposits. He assured me they would take care of it and have the shower cleaned and sealed within 2-3 hours. The technician showed up and did not know what to do. He tried a couple of different products and non of them worked. Nothing was accomplished! The technician should have said the project manager does not know what he is talking about and this is over our head. I have asked for the call to be reviewed where I was promised success and of course they heard it differently. Then I was ignored. After putting a negative review on yelp I received an email within 15 minutes with excuses again. Bottom line is I'm out $300 and they refuse to refund my money when nothing was done.

Andrew S. was phenomenal. We'll be requesting him for each project going forward. He was on time, picked up a kid-proof replacement outlet without us asking and was the nicest guy answering all of our questions and really went above and beyond.

He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and was more than happy to check out an issue with my buzzer. Andrew was very professional and didn't seem bothered that I asked him to check out other things.

Everything was completed in a timely manner - Jarred is always punctual, efficient and professional. He's very personable too. This is why I always request him first, although I've used another gentleman who was very good.

Jared arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time ready to work on the projects. His attitude was positive, friendly and knowledgable. He assembled the furniture quickly and solidly. He efficiently hung pictures for me and lastly adjust a door that wasn't closing. He was smart and precise. These projects would've taken me 12 hours and they took him 2!

Art did a great job. He removed the shelves and even used the leftover trim to cap the end of the shelves where they were cut.

Mario arrived approximately 5 minutes early (very punctual) and was quick to jump into assessing and starting the tasks at hand. In no way did he "take his time" - it was impressive his go-go-go attitude. He was polite and took off his work boots in the house without being asked. He helped with trouble-shooting and thinking through issues as well as addressing them. I would have Mario back again when new needs arise.

Jarred is great - too bad the ceiling fan I purchased was missing parts/wires. Calling Lowes to complain! Purchasing a new ceiling fan - Jarred will be back to install the new one next week. Good news - my doors are aligned!
