Description of Work: This service was for the 2hr special for $98. I wanted a bathroom safety bar installed and a 38 inch support bar installed in stair area. Ken explained that because he could not locate studs in ceramic tile, it would not be feasible to install a safety bar. I was disappointed, but he did put up the bar in the stair area. He did ask me if I needed anything else done. I had him repair the mail box that opens inside my living room. It was very loose and would not close, causing a very cold draft. It has been a nuisance for quite some time. I was pleased to have that taken care of. Overall ken was very professional and courteous. This is the second time I have used this handyman service.

Description of Work: Stellar company - I've used them a few times and each time they do great work and professional. Bob was our service technician for our last call and went above and beyond keeping our appointment while juggling another call that ran long, freezing cold weather and being on the opposite side of the city!
