Budget Right Handyman

Description of Work: I had two interior doors hung by Budget Right Handyman. Ken did the work and he was awesome. I am going to call them again today for some other jobs.

Description of Work: I booked for some follow up work and he came back on one of the last nice days of the season and said it was to cold to do the job. While here he fielded the call of a job that he was obviously heading directly to. So he was planning to do the other job all along but gave me a song and dance and then never came back. He never followed up and I was unable to get the job done before winter hit.

Description of Work: Service was excellent. New bath sink and bath hardware installed. Painted my small bathroom and went to home depot for an extra connection I needed for the sink. David is very professional and caring. He makes sure the job is done right. Everything was clean when he finished the job. Love my bathroom update!

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for 2 hours of handyman service for $79.00. I was looking to have some cabinet brackets replaced and they did the replacement on a couple of the cabinets. They were good but they did not respond as I let them know that the work was not completed.

Description of Work: We had several window coverings installed. The handyman was able to easily figure out the installation and get them installed in a reasonable amount of time (much faster than I could have done it!). We plan to use them again for a few projects in the spring.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal. It was not a very good experience. Poor communication, follow-thru, performance etc.

Description of Work: Fixed my running toilet, loose kitchen faucet and re-hung my laundry room doors. I was quite pleased.

Description of Work: Described work needed and they said it wouldn't be a problem to fix ceiling damage and water leak. After several hours, claimed they couldn't perform the work on the water leak so we had to hire a plumber (they recommended) to fix the leak problem. Workers stood around to watch paint dry and billed us for the time even though they knew they would have to return another day after plumber. Handyman estimate for work was substantially exceeded, charged me for items and labor they broke (toilet seat) when painting. (Why were the standing on the toilet seat???) After complaints, they eventually adjusted the bill but the experience was terrible and I would never use them again.

Description of Work: They installed a kitchen faucet in early February but apparently it was not installed properly and just last weekend it started leaking and disconnected from the pipe. Water was gushing from under the sync. I had to find someone else to re-install the sync.
