Description of Work: When purchasing a storm door I inquired as to how long the installation would be and they informed me 1 hour to 1 and half hours. I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of handyman work with this person but I ended up not using him Unfortunately he wanted an excessive amount of time to complete the work, almost double, so I opted not to use the services.

Description of Work: Moved one cabinet to another place in the office. Moved furniture from one room to another. Nice guy, good attitude.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $98 Two Hours of Handyman Service. He did 3 small repairs under our sink. He repaired our garage door step and re-plastered our basement ceiling. He had to come back 4 times for the basement re-plastering. I would give him a B+ if Angie’s List had pluses and minus.

Description of Work: he had stop leaking at the front door wall> He found the leak and fixed the wall perfect. We also had the same thing happen on the ceiling in the Kitchen . he did a perfect job. I had the same company for work in the hallway in 2013. i will always use them.!!!

Description of Work: Put knobs on kitchen cabinets, put toilet tissue holder on the wall, and put end cap on kitchen counter. It took about an hour and thirty minutes.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $79.00 for up to two hours of handyman service. They were really good. The repair guy that came to our home initially was very nice and he went out of his way. We used them again and a different guy came out as the first guy was not with company any more but the second guy was great as well.

Description of Work: I contacted the provider directly because I wanted to know if he would be able to do the job I had. I left a message telling him where to call and at what time. However, he called at the wrong times and I was not available to answer my calls. I called again last night, told him I would be home and would he please call. I did not hear from him yesterday, nor yet today. At some point, I spoke to someone from the company and described the job. She said she would get an estimate and call me back. She left a message about 3-4 days late and said she had the estimate. I did not even bother to call her back. If this is the way they run their business, I was not interested in hiring them.

Description of Work: The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He was speedy in making all repairs including fixing some bifold doors which I was sure had to be replaced. Very happy with outcome!

Description of Work: He put together some furniture. Assembled a dog stroller. Hung many pictures. And some various things that needed to be assembled or hung on the wall. I am disabled and the workman took care of EVERYTHING. I was SO HAPPY that he crushed the boxes and brought all of the garbage down the back stairs and to the dumpster. I had a few other very heavy furniture boxes that he gladly took down too. I was a little disorganized but did everything with a smile. I was very pleased and will schedule with him for the remainder of the work.

Description of Work: Installed two toilet seats. Checked leaking kitchen faucet and non-working under sink water filtration system. Both were non-fixable. Recommendation was to replace with newer models.

Description of Work: The handyman had asked me to purchase universal parts to fix two toilets that needed work. I bought the parts, but he ended up having to go buy different parts that took up part of the time he could have been working. I'd asked him to look at a third toilet but he never got to it. One of the toilets he fixed is still giving me problems. The parts inside do not stay in place.

Description of Work: They unstopped the toilet. It would flush clear but the water would not go down in the toilet. Since I have a newer low water toilet , with the design getting suction was very difficult. The serviceman tried several tricks to finally get the problem cleared. I am thankful for his patience and willingness to find other jobs that could be done in the remaining time I had paid for his services. Would definitely do additional business.
