Description of Work: Matt and Aaron's communication was professional and informative. Both men were willing to assist me in any way necessary.

Description of Work: The service man was very helpful and responsive. He asked what needed to get done first and then scheduled his two-hour session appropriately. He went to the nearest hardware store to get the necessary supplies. He was very helpful and skilled in what he was doing. I will hire him again.

Description of Work: Some drywall patching, re-hung a storm door, fixed a door that was not closing correctly.

Description of Work: Aaron turned up right on time, prepared to get to work. He did all of the work requested in record time, so tackled a couple of other things as well. He hung curtain rods, moved a closet shelf, fixed a light in the crawlspace, rehung a bedroom door, and more. We discovered that some of the jobs couldn't be completed without parts from a hardware store and he ran to the local Lowes in record time, returning with exactly what he needed (all at a reasonable price). I would definitely use their services again and have referred them to a friend, who has already used those services with great satisfaction.

Description of Work: A small hallway was painted and small cracks were repaired prior to painting. The job was done swiftly and professionally and the work area was left clean.

Description of Work: They installed an unusual Italian ceiling light for me. Unfortunately, the light I ordered online came with no screws, connectors, etc. No problem! The positive "can do" attitude was refreshing and appreciated. I also got some great ideas for a kitchen backsplash. I will definitely be calling the next time I need help. Professional, personable and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They hung curtain rods upside down (even though the box clearly had instructions). They didn't clean the paint brush after doing some touch-up painting, so now we have a pink wall with streaks of tan paint running through it which will need to be repainted; also dripped paint on baseboards which they didn't clean-up. They repaired and painted some exterior siding which wasn't done the way we wanted (they started the project before we were home) and will need to be redone. They did however patch some drywall, hang a light fixture and towel bars, and glue an exterior stone step, which all appear to have been done correctly. They started the job June 30th and said they would come back July 8th, which then got pushed off to July 25th, which was an inconvenience.
