Description of Work: Overall Budget Right Handyman did a great job. I contacted them through Angie's List and by email to discuss our home repairs (drywall damage and a leaky faucet). They (Matt) was prompt in responding and discussing what was expected and the potential costs. We expected more hours of work, but the problem was not as bad as expected (i.e. no drywall had to be torn out and replaced, just sanded and re-applied). I purchased the deal on Angie's List, and my husband accidentally paid the employee after he finished the job. -I just wish the employee knew that the 2 hours he was here was already paid in full.

Description of Work: Came on time, did jobs requested correctly and in a professional manner. Will use them again. My job was done by Aaron.

Description of Work: Came out after purchasing special for 2 hours of work on Angie's List to install ceiling hooks into concrete because I do not have that drill. Handyman was VERY nice, efficient and I was so pleased with the work I recently just had them come back out to install a light fixture and ceiling fan with a light. Again, punctual, friendly, very reasonable priced, and very professional! Will definitely use again in the near future for more jobs around my house that I need help with! I especially liked that they do not try to change a ridiculous amount of extra charges for driving distance and supplies as I have had that problem in the past with other companies who really tool me for a ride. I would give Budget Right Handyman an A++++ if I could!!!

Description of Work: The door to the laundry room opened in, and I wanted to change to open out. it took TOM CHRISTOPHER 2 Hours and was done perfectly.

Description of Work: did everything I asked to be done and more ( I paid for extra time as |the many small jobs I needed done took longer to do than I prepaid for). |the workman was very knowledgeable . I am getting together a list of things I need done and will contact them again very soon.

Description of Work: I scheduled with the company to have my basement door fixed. The job did not take very long and the handyman also replaced my kitchen faucet which was not something we had pre-scheduled but which he did anyway since I paid for 2 hours of service. I was very happy about that.

Description of Work: The handyman asked me pictures and then later emails me that he cant do the work, I told him that if the job is not finished on time then we can extend hours but he declined with some excuse.

Description of Work: This company is fantastic. Within a two hour period of time, the gentleman installed a new kitchen faucet, new shower head, wall mounted the TV in my home office, installed a new air filter in my Aprilaire humidifier thats connected to my furnace, and mounted a CO detector in my hall. Very professional and efficient. I will definitely used the service in the future and would recommend them to other.

Description of Work: Installed crown molding, filled in backsplash tile, installed baseboards, valance, microwave, misc. Easy to work with, on time, hard worker. Felt he wasn't as experienced with crown molding as I would have liked but it wasn't an easy job since it was 5" and a lot of cutting was required.

Description of Work: Aeron arrived on time and worked the full 8 hours we contracted for. He was professional, polite and I found him easy to work with. We went over my "wish" list carefully. He was honest and forthright with regard to which projects he was able to take care and which he felt needed someone who had more experience. He also told me what, and how, he was going to complete each task, if an issue was actually different than what I had thought it was and what materials were needed (which he then helped me find at my local Home Depot.) He installed a new kitchen sink faucet; caulked the shower stall; installed a new toilet flapper; installed a new toilet seat; installed a new shower head and fixed the leaking; installed new doorbells; repaired loose siding on garage; installed three new outdoor flood lamps; re-configured the dishwasher hose; and repaired a lock on the front door. Everything went smoothly, I truly could not have asked for a better experience, however, shortly after the work was completed some of it needed to be fixed. [I apologize here, I just can't remember how long it was between the completion of the work and when the first issue cropped up.] I called Budget Right's office, no one answered so I left a message letting them know that there were some issues that needed their attention and also that I would like to get on their schedule again to handle additional projects I had. No one ever returned my call or followed up in any way. I did not make a second phone call to them. Since that time almost all of the work they did went kaput and needs to be fixed, redone, whatever. My husband and I were, and still are, very disappointed with the results.

Description of Work: They did a variety of small household jobs like replacing a hinge on a cabinet, new handles on windows, laying tile in the bathroom and other small jobs as requested. They were so efficient I could have given them more work in the allotted time.
