Description of Work: I paid for two hours of handy man service. The owner set aside three hours just in case the handy man needed more time. The handy man finished 90% of the projects within an hour and twenty minutes. When I asked him to secure the conduit attached to the light fixture he replaced he said he didn't have the nails to do it but suggested that my husband secure it with nails used on out fence. I was surprise. I left two messages and sent an email to the company and no response.

We had quite a bit of difficulty arranging service on this project unfortunately. I believe this client is out of the country and is on a 13-hour time difference. Currently we do confirm scheduling of all appointments by telephone as email and Angie's List messaging services can't keep up with the pace of our ever-changing calendar. We're sorry we couldn't provide service to this customer. All refunds must be obtained from Angie's List either by telephone or online.

Description of Work: He installed grab bars in my bathroom. He knew what he was doing, was professional, and did a good job. It took him under an hour to install them, and since I had paid for 2 hours spent the rest of his time doing small jobs for me.
