Description of Work: We had some minor projects including raising up a sliding closet door, replacing a ball and spring in a french door, prying loose a shelf under the kitchen sink, removing an old intercom panel and replacing it with drywall. It went well, and the work was done professionally. The handyman came back the next day to reattach the ball and spring that had come loose soon after he left the first day.

Description of Work: Hung pictures, went very well. Elaine was wonderful.

Description of Work: It took a while to respond, then I was asked to take pictures of the door and I did. I told them that I needed a new door. When person arrived he confirmed I needed new door and told me all I needed to do then they will be back out! They didn't understand the original request and it was not safe for us to be without a door much longer. So I contacted another company who sent me pictures of doors from lowes Home Depot and menards and installed the same day!

Description of Work: Caulking, Painting, and Maintenance Repair: They did excellent work, and excellent customer service.

Description of Work: There was work that I needed done that the serviceman claimed was against his company's policy so it was not done. The serviceman was very nice but he really did not seem to be too interested in the job that I wanted done.

Description of Work: Had crown molding installed in two rooms, window trim around a picture window, and base shoe installed in living/dining combo room. That work was satisfactory. We also had slate floor tile installed in our entry hallway, which is about 3' x 7'. We were not satisfied at all with the quality of work and asked that they come back and fix it. That effort too left us less than satisfied. When I reached out via text with concerns, I was told that I'd receive a call that day. I've heard nothing from them and even sent a follow up message via email a couple weeks later.

Description of Work: He put mini-lights outdoors on a crabapple tree. |Did a nice job and knew how to string them to stay up when |there is a strong wind.

Description of Work: The service person was so efficient, figured out what should be done first and appreciated that I had all the tools, equipment, etc. ready. Very professional and relaxed person. Everything was better than original. Can't say anything better.

Description of Work: Didn't feel comfortable mounting piece i hired them for and didn't seem to understand the studs of the building. Hired another Handyman who hung it promptly with no issue.
