Description of Work: Several small but important needed projects to maintain property for an elderly person who just does not have the strength to do some of these projects. Patching a hole in the floor. Stabilizing a banister that had been loose for years. Repairing a threshold that was coming up. It went well. They were on time and left right on time. There was another project need we discovered. They were so anxious to leave and move on that we were a little turned off by the response. If you pay for that we can come back to do that project. We thought that a little crass but can understand they wanted to stay on time for next appointment. We did get the work done but called someone else to do so.

Description of Work: Tim was delayed getting to the appointment, but he called when he was on his way, and immediately apologized and explained that he would make it up at the end of the visit, which he did. He was professional, explained what he was doing and why. I would use the service again, and would request Tim if available.
