Description of Work: Replaced a garbage disposal unit under the kitchen sink. Work was professionally done in the expected amount of time.

Description of Work: I wanted him to change some of my outside light bulbs. He could not change one because a spider had made a web in the socket. He did not bring any tools with him.!!! Like a paper towel and s screw driver. He had already put the ladder away or I would have given him the tools. |I also asked him to out chicken wire on my fence because my smaller dog was going through the fence. I had to ask him to put addition ties on the wire to hold it in place. He did not appreciate my input. I did not ask him to do anything else even though I had more than 30 mins. left that I had paid for.

Description of Work: The service provider was not only unprofessional but his quality of craftmanship was poor.

Description of Work: He filled cracks in our old dry wall. He built a table. He is very skilled, I keep his name and # on my refrigerator.

Description of Work: He replaced a piece of tile in my bathtub, the did some caulking around my windows. It went okay. There was nothing impressive about the work, but it was literally one piece of tile and some caulk. It's hard to judge by that.

Description of Work: Replaced the threshold on an outdoor door. Cut threshold to size, and sealed to ensure no air could pass over, under, or around the threshold. It has really worked this winter!

Description of Work: I called this provider and he said that a surcharge was necessary for him to come to my address and that he would not perform the requested services unless I paid him three hours more time.

Description of Work: Replaced weather stripping on multiple doors and minor plumbing. Handyman was respectful & courteous and managed time well.

Description of Work: Install blacksplash disconnect and reconnect appliances remove old counter tops and level cabinets.

Description of Work: Brought air conditioning units in. Paid for minimum 2 hours but did not use 2 hours -- could have asked him to do more if I'd planned ahead better.
