Description of Work: Mario fixed doors that wouldn't close properly, fixed a slow-running drain in the Master Shower, and fixed the installation falling out on my french windows, and then asked if he could help with anything else, since he finished so quickly I still had time left on my 2-hour package deal! :) Mario was polite, efficient and fast-- and we discussed some other projects where I could use his help. I will definitely be calling Budget Right Handyman again!

Description of Work: The guy did not know really much about home repair, went to the store and got the wrong parts at which point I had to go back for him and get the correct parts. My ceiling fan issue, he just told me I have to completely replace the whole thing cause he didn't want to take apart the casing to check the wires.

All of our service reps are vetted and hired based on their experience amongst other categories. Certain service reps have areas of expertise, though all of our techs have the ability to perform residential electrical tasks such as hanging a ceiling fan. If we are required to make a material run to complete your project list, we always take special care to document and obtain the correct part or parts to do so. Our field techs have years and years of experience with these types of projects and that is coupled with our talented estimators' field experience as well. We usually know what part or product is needed for nearly any home improvement task. We apologize for not obtaining the correct parts during our material run but are happy to hear the issue was resolved during the visit. Also, typically speaking we do not disassemble electrical appliances and rebuild them on-site. We will try to explain ourselves on this issue more clearly in the future.

Description of Work: Reattached section of fence, straightened leaning mailbox, fixed metal panel on side storm door. Estimated for the two hours, but only took about 45 minutes. Dave did a good efficient job. I'm still not a big fan of the Angie's list coupon concept (would rather have an in-person estimate), but all-in-all not bad for the price.

Description of Work: I get the same handyman but when he has come |out the last times he was complaining of |backaches...I was not impressed w/the replacement of mailbox...I purchased a new one and he did not use it and the post is crooked and he did not screw in the mailbox..it was just placed on the post. |
