Description of Work: I had a large hole under my sink, with a lot of protruding pipes. I need this closed up, due to a rat problem. When the handyman, Richard, came, he advised that because of the all the pipes, drywall work would be patching, and would do little to keep away the rats. He suggested an alternative, and gave me his number in case I had an issues in the future because of the alternative work he performed. (He basically used a metal mesh material that rats can't chew through, and a foam to seam off all the gaps.)

Description of Work: Art Cardona speedily hung my storm window and repaired my door bell. He purchased supplies to repair the door and top of my buffet and also bought material to secure a hole in the concrete in front of my overhead garage door that had been dug out by wildlife. When his equipment proved inadequate to address my plumbing problem, he suggested I secure a licensed plumber. Art was pleasant, efficient and a real pleasure to work with.
