They couldn't do the job.
Description of Work: I needed an exhaust fan put into my basement bathroom which required going through brick. I provided the company with pictures of the project and was told they would get back to me. It took multiple contacts by myself to them (an e-mail and two phone calls) just for them to tell me they couldn't do the job. That information easily could have been left in a voicemail message. It was a waste of time trying to work with this company. Then, on the phone, they made it seem like it was my fault that it took so long for them to get back to me multiple times. They said I never returned their call which I had about a week earlier. That just seems like poor management.

We performed no work for this individual. Once onsite we informed this individual that we were not brick masons as this task required a special skill set. We realize that this customer might have been disappointed however we did not charge him a dime for anything. In fact we steered this customer in the right direction in order for him to get his task completed correctly.

Description of Work: Saved up a bunch of projects, including replacing many light bulbs in a high ceiling, repairing loose siding, and placing bird guards on the dryer vents. Also, changed out a couple of kitchen faucets.
