Budget Right Handyman

I asked for a quote for painting and drywall. I got an email from, Nick Lawrie, the Project Manager, requesting for me to call to set up an appointment. When I called I explained the situation and they asked for my credit card number over the phone to secure my appointment. They also asked for debit card number when I asked about paying by check. They asked for all this without even seeing the property or the work that needs to be done. I wouldn't pay without them coming out to visit first for once they get your credit or debit card numbers, they can bill you regardless. When Nick, the Project Manager, said that he could send someone out it would be for the cost of $69.00. I wasn't going to pay for someone just to come out and have a look. They may have an A+ rating with the Bureau Business Bureau but real story is when you talk specifics. DO NOT HIRE.

Excellent! Jesse, the repairman sent for the job, was on time, courteous and friendly, and very efficient.. He finished the repairs in 90 minutes, including driving to the hardware store for replacement brackets for the railing. I need some outside work done this spring or summer, and I will be calling on Budget-Rite again.

The Technicians employees were wonderful they did a very great job. How ever I would never recommend this company they gave me an estimated price of two employees for four hours however I was charged over twice as much. The Forman said I should have call to say it was over the fours expected and to let them know if I wanted them to finish or quit. My question was why my responsibility he offered to reduce my bill by $138. Estimate was $562. I ended paying $850. Again I have great respect for the technicians they did a great job but the Forman Sam was unprofessional. I would not recommend this company since they do not know how to estimate. When they under estimate then they stop work if you do not want to continue to pay $69 per employee per hour

Setting up the appointment was easy. Joe was friendly, efficient, he did his work quietly, like he was not there. It took little longer than I thought but I'm very happy with the service. Will use this company again.

I've been using Budget Right Handyman for years and absolutely love them. The technician that I frequently request is Jesse Morris. He is a friendly technician who is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Today, Jesse arrived at my home on time and although the work I had for him was a simple installation of 9 pictures on various walls in my home, he knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly, efficiently and in a minimal amount of time. I would definitely recommend Budget Right Handyman and Jesse Morris is absolutely worthy of high praise for the high quality of work that he consistently provides.

Our handyman did an excellent job. The hinge system on the bookcase was an unusual one, but he determined the best way to fix it, and proceeded to do so quickly and efficiently.

I needed an over-the-range microwave removed and a new one installed. Jarred Gilliam arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was polite and professional. He also completed the job diligently in just one hour. Elvis Seric was the second handyman that was assigned to the job and he was also fantastic. He was even kind enough to carry my old microwave down to the alley for me. I would certainly retain both of their services again in the future. I am confident that I can always rely on Budget Right to do a good job and not charge exorbitantly.

I have worked with numerous handy men and contractors over the years. The technician Raymond surpassed them all. Courteous, skilled and quick I got everything done in under 3 hours and did not have to coordinate a painter, plumber and electrician. Definitely would use them again and specifically Raymond..Awesome job and many thanks!

Ray from Budget Right did a terrific job of hanging/rehanging a number of pictures and plaques in our home. He was punctual, courteous, and thorough. We would definitely use Budget Right again.

I paid in advance and no one showed up. I called and rescheduled and they failed to show up again. Do not trust a company that has you pay in full before the work is done!

Raymond rang the doorbell at exactly 8am which means in my book that had he arrived earl not just on time. He was extremely courteous, pilote and he explained things very clearly to us about why we were having the problem and what his recommendations were. He is very innovative. I say this because we couldn't find the exact matching tile we already had so he created a design to make the new tile blend with the old. I am so very pleased with this project! He's a keeper!

Very pleased with Dylan from Budget Right Handyman! He worked hard for us over a four hour period installing a few GFCI outlets, fixing faulty wiring, re-aligning doors and installing new trim. He even saved me some time running to the hardware store because he had parts on hand. Highly recommend Dylan for routine electrical work and carpentry work.
