Very well- everything done.
Description of Work: Tim. A variety of things around the house. A ceiling fan- replacing a light cord. Brick pavers sinking- needed relaying. Inserting a new door strip. Two doors were difficult to close. Straightened out a television hanging on the wall. Installed a door stopper. Hanging cabinet was crooked- he straightened it out. Overhead light of garage door opener kept burning out- he cleaned out the contacts.

They didn't show up.
Description of Work: There was an visit of their technician scheduled for 1:00 PM. At scheduled time I've got a call with asking to postpone a visit for 1 hour, over one more hour I've got another call with reference to heavy traffic and promise to come in one hour more, finally at 4:50 I've got one more call with complaint on heavy traffic - I've cancel my order. I can't trust such people with anything.

We dropped the ball on this one!!! Our service technician failed to inform the office that he was behind schedule. Unfortunately we were unaware of this fact until this understandably frustrated customer called our office hours after the scheduled appointment. We have since rescheduled this appointment. If any of our service technicians are more than 15 minutes late please call 877-507-2126 and we will address it immediately.
