Response from Budget Right Handyman
We did not perform work for this individual. This guy was a comedy act quite frankly. He called in and started out only asking for us to re tile a hallway. We then gave him the estimated cost. He then starts adding a room, one at a time, during multiple phone conversations getting more and more angry that each time he informs us of an additional room we inform him of an additional cost. Eventually he figures out that he is not going to simply be able to quadruple the work scope and have the price remain the same. He abruptly ended the conversation correctly pointing out that we kept changing the price however he seamed oblivious to the fact that he kept adding onto the work scope in a major way. - Dirk D.
