Tim did a great job in a very reasonable time. He was very neat and careful. I was extremely pleased and felt I certainly got my money's worth. I will definitely ask him out again. In fact I am compiling a list now of things that need to be done in our 6-flat condo building

Tim was very professional. We talked about the project in detail on the phone the week before and he advised me which materials to purchase in advance. He was on time and ready to work. I had four projects that I needed help with (installing new dryer exhaust hose, removing a light fixture, installing a curtain rod, and re-caulking my tub.) Tim multi-tasked and was able to get the projects done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleasd with the work that was done.

Matt Boyle did the work. He was fantastic. He called right away, set up the appointment for the following weekend, called when he was on his way (and arrived early). He spent longer than he expected because my building frowns on weekend work, so he had to do by hand what he could have done faster (but louder) with a machine. He was an absolute professional, nice, polite and friendly. I have had a lot of remodeling done this summer, and all but one of about 7 different trades (flooring, cabinetry, marble work) were tradesmen from Angie's List. Matt was hands-down the most professional of them all. I would us him again in a heartbeat.

He arrived pretty much on time. He started work right away and there was even time for him to do one more repair for me. He explained the rates of his company in case I would ever need their services again. He was very courtious and informative.

Mike arrived early and was sitting in the driveway waiting for the scheduled 8 AM time before coming in. I had a ceiling exhaust fan replaced in the 2nd floor bathroom; Mike would replace the existing wall light that interfered with the medicine cabinet. Since there wasn't a light in the previous exhaust fan, Mike needed to add new wiring (he asked if I had this and I did) so he used my wiring to save money! Mike went and bought the fan-light, wall switches and plates that were needed. The old existing light needed to be removed so that the medicine cabinet could be moved up a couple of inches- the position of the existing light made the last installation of the medicine cabinet lower than it should have been. The old (existing) light fixture was removed and a plate put up to cover previous live wires. Mike moved the medicine cabinet up several inches as it should have been in the 1st place. The job from start to finish including all materials bought, the estimate and expected time frame were right on target! I had purchased the $79.99 coupon for 2 hours of work so that was 2 of the 4 hours it took to complete the job. The job was completed to my liking and within the given time frame and amounts. To top it all off-Mike was a very pleasant person to do business with. I would definitely hire Budget Right Handyman again. As a matter of fact, I will be purchasing the $79.99 deal again since there is more work that needed to be done- but time didn't allow before his next scheduled appointment.

Matt arrived on time and was very professional and did a great job. He got everything done on my list and even suggested a few things and did them as well. I would highly recommend Matt as he was a great handyman.

From making initial contact, to setting up an appointment with MIke, to arriving on time and finishing the work within the estimated time frame, it couldn't have gone any better!

Budget right handy man installed a storm door for me. The door didn't fit exatly right as it was a bit longer than the size of my door jamb and they were able to modify it and make it fit just right. Modifying the door was no easy task, but they were able to do it with no problems. They also corrected a faucet in my kitchen sink. I used an Angies's list deal to get them for 2 hours and they were able to perform both tasks within the 2 hour limit. Will definitely use them in the future.

Tim was on time-- slightly early!-- and was great to work with. My condo is old and "quirky," and he was quick at problem-solving. He was professional, friendly, and patient with my insane dog. All the work looks great! I feel much better with someone knowledgeable and skilled dealing with it all, rather than me attempting some frustrating DIY tasks. I'll definitely call on Budget Right in the future for the little tasks that this quirky apartment needs.

Tim was excellent. He was responsive and punctual. He worked very diligently from the time he arrived to the time he left. I was very impressed and would definitely call him back.

We had some tiles in the shower fall off the wall making the shower unusable. We contacted Budget Right Handymen for an estimate on the repair. Tim Cornell came out to view the damage and provide an estimate. He pointed out where water had gotten behind the tiles and damaged part of the wall, which needed to be replaced, along with the tiles. Also, water had seeped into part of the celing of the bathroom below, which was also in need of repair. He estimated it would take 2-1/2 to 3 days to complete the work. We bought replacement tiles and Tim bought everything else for the job. He checked the two walls next to the damaged one to be sure that no water had leaked behind them. He replaced and re-tiled the shower wall and repaired the bathroom ceiling below. He did a great job. He was very professional and very nice. The shower wall and the bathroom celing look great. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job, TIm. We will certainly use him again. Highly recommend!!

Because of the lack of framing, Mike built out a wall to hang the door propertly. He went out to the store and bought the necessary items (including the door) to finish the job. While he was here, I asked him to hang a fallen towel rack. Mike was courteous and punctual and a great carpenter. Would definitely use Budget Right Handyman Service again. Great job Mike!

Tim did a great job. First, I needed the work done but had to commute to work, so he was willing to come at 6:30 in the morning to accommodate my schedule. He was 5 minutes early and was ready to work. I was installing a fan the old owners left behind so there were no instructions, no examples, and, as I found out, not all the necessary pieces. Tim went to Home Depot to get the pieces needed and was back in time to finish the ceiling fan and the closet install within the allotted 2 hours. I asked him to look at a light that wasn't working b/c he had the big ladder - thought I just needed to change the bulbs. Turns out there's some wiring issues. He couldn't do that project in the time allotted, but he gave me his information, as well as that of his colleague so that I could get it done. Great work, professional, punctual. I'd hire again.

Mike R. Was awesome! Very responsive when scheduling the appointment, punctual (he came EXACTLY on time), quoted me an accurate estimate, extremely knowledgeable, and worked diligently. Was very satisfied with his work. Had a few closets and bi-folds that needed a lot of work and he went right at it. Can I say enjoyable given the introductory rate?

Called me back same day. Estimated over the phone based on list I had. Very accommodating on schedule options. Came in on budget (used my Angie's list special). Great experience with Mike!

Great. He hung some pictures and changed light bulbs I couldn't reach.

He came in with a professional demeanor. He did a repair job and did an excellent job. I liked his demeanor. He showed up on time. He went to a close store to picukup some grout. You cannot beat the price or the workmanship. I am very satisfied with their service.

Handyman Tim came to the house at the scheduled time and repaired a large hole in a plaster wall, reattached a broken wooden fence, replaced 6 hinges on my kitchen cabinets, moved furniture so that I could put down a new area rug-carried old rug down to the basement, and leveled my washing machine. I'm super thrilled!More than thrilled even. Excellent worker and very tidy. Everything was done wonderfully....and my to-do list is empty for now. Thanks Tim!

Dan contacted me promptly to set up an appointment to do the work within a few days. He called the night before to confirm. He and Mike showed up on time, and after assessing the items to be done, estimated the time and price. They finished about 30 minutes after the estimated time and stuck to the original price. They got right to work. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. We are pleased with the work they did. We were especially pleased with Dan's simple solution to fixing a large window that was no longer flush with the frame and with Mike's cleaning of the exposed ductwork in our loft condo with 14-foot ceilings. They don't normally do ladder-work, but since we had the ladder, they were willing to do it. We were also very pleased with their response to an unexpected issue that came up after they left. One of the products used to clean the duct work in our baby's room ended up leaving an unpleasant odor. Neither they nor I expected that, but we expected that the smell would dissipate quickly, especially if we left the windows open. But after a couple of days of leaving the windows open and keeping the baby out of the room, the smell was still there. I left Dan a voicemail in the evening asking them to come back and wash the ductwork off to try to remove the smell. Dan called first thing in the morning. He wasn't able to send someone that day because they were committed elsewhere, but Mike came at 8 a.m. the next day to wash the ductwork, and the baby was back in his room 30 minutes later. I appreciated that they rearranged their schedules to solve the problem as quickly as they could and were sensitive to how the issue affected the baby. They're good guys.

The work was excellent and the area cleaned up upon departure.
