REPAIRMAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE HOUR. EXCELLENT WORK WOULD USE SERVICE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Nate did an amazing job with TV Mounting, adding Electrical outlet, and refinishing drywall with mud and paint. It looks great and I would absolutely reach out to him for next time! He is very personable and experienced.

We decided to redesign a portion of our backyard to replace a fence and have a custom fort built for our children. I put together the plans myself and I can't believe how closely the team at BRH were able to recreate it -- just from photos, not even building plans! BRH was great to work with from start to finish. Nick did a great job working with me to put together our project proposal. And the carpentry team of Jarred and Elvis were excellent. Great communication, Excellent work and just all around good guys to work with. They seemed to be just as excited about the work as we were. Would definitely work with them again. Total cost for labor was around $5000 and materials (a LOT of lumber) was around $2500.

Electrician is knowledgeable and professional. One of the fixture I bought was faulty (unable to open). End up in going with electrician to replace it. I end up in paying additional 1 hr. charge, which I do not expect to pay.

Ray helped me choose the right stain and drove to get everything I needed from Home Depot. He spent the entire day carefully staining my deck. He did a very thorough job and I am happy with the result.

Duane was wonderful. I had purchased fixtures but he suggested he try to adjust the existing fixtures to save me some money. Unfortunately they could not be adjusted to meet my needs so he needed to replace them with the ones I purchased. Still I respected his efforts. He work quickly and diligently. I have used budget right several times for various projects. I have always been satisfied and their workers have always been diligent, polite, and conscientious.

Joe was very professional and had a positive attitude for the whole appointment. He seemed like he prides himself in doing great work on any project that he has to complete.

Nate Ross went above and beyond to make sure that my toilet was installed. This was important because I talked to other professional companies and they made it seem like construction needed to happen to get the toilet in but Nate had it installed and working within 20 minutes.

Perfect. Jarred Gilliam was professional, explained what he was going to do, was quick, did nice work, cleaned up after himself and the price was cheaper than the quote. Nothing to complain about.

The contractor, Daniel, was very personable. He did a nice job hanging the art piece and cleaned up after he finished. I have used Budget Right before and would use them again.

It was perfect - we actually got two air conditioners installed, and the space upstairs is more comfortable than it has ever been in the (almost) summertime. Budget Right Handyman is affordable, timely, courteous, and professional. Our family recommends this company highly.

Trim was replaced and Jesus cleaned everything up.

Please do not hire. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but save yourself the headache and do not work with this company. They will probably be responding to this complaint with excuses that it was all my fault. But I promise you, you don't want to do business with this company. I contracted them to replace a back door and redo a kitchen floor. After paying $1,158.31 for the job because of cost over runs, I got into a discussion with Nick, their scheduler, who is highly unprofessional. Please do not let his mild voice fool you. He's rude and hung up the phone on me on two occasions, about the constant overruns for such a small kitchen. He threatened that if I didn't want to pay for another cost overrun, He would pull the contractor. I told him I was not paying for another cost overrun. Nick kept his word and pulled the contractor right in the middle of the job leaving my pregnant daughter with an unfinished kitchen floor. Now please note I was still willing to pay to have the job completed I just wanted to know why I was constantly being told about other things I had to pay for that should have been part of the job complete price. Nick didn't want to hear any questions and regardless of completing the job, that Budget Right was contracted to do and was being paid to do. All ready a total of 1,158.31 and were to be paid an addition $246.00 to complete the job. They pulled the contractor. It gets better after repeatedly leaving messages to try to come to some agreement to just complete the job. No one I mean no one returned my call. Not Nick or Sam, Nicks boss. Budget Right just left the job uncompleted because I refused to pay for an additional overrun, not because I was not paying or unwilling to pay the price agreed on to finish the job, simply because I didn't want to pay for another cost overrun. Just to be sure what what was going on; Budget Right will use the job you contracted of them as extortion for more money or they won't complete the job. If you decide to work with them, which again I highly recommend you don't! Be sure you understand they will leave your job uncompleted if you disagree with them on the constant job cost overruns and not try to come to any agreement for them to try to at least get the job completed, They take some type of pride or some type of sick enjoyment ignoring your calls, instead of working with the customer to at least complete the job, they were contracted to do. My advice, find another company to work with if you can.

Jesus’ carpenter skills are amazing! He had to replace 2ft x2ft section of flooring all the way to the crawl space. It took a long time but his work is fantastic. So solid!! And he still had to install the toilet.We were very impressed with his craftsmanship. We recommend him in a heartbeat!

The job looked fine, once completed, but within four months, it’s peeling away from the shower floor and is discolored.

Ray Hilvert did a good job of handling both issues. He is on time and professional and keeps a good communication. I had a very good experience with this company.

Budget Right was both within budget and done right. Very responsive and easy to deal with. Duane N. did a great job. Professional, quick and a job well done. Would use again.

Excellent work! Jesse came on time, worked quickly, and was an excellent carpenter, replacing wood slats, as well as repairing the gate latch and hinges. Well done!

Matt was on time, and super professional. He explained everything he worked on, and made sure I understood what fixes were completed, and why. I was very happy with the service provided, and would easily recommend him for future jobs.

Jesse was a good communicator, and gave us an honest assessment of the work we *thought* we needed performed once he cut a small diagnostic patch in the ceiling (turns out it was going to be a much larger job than we anticipated). This is the same criteria that I look for in a mechanic--someone who tries to talk you *out* of certain repairs, rather than into them. Since we had a minimum 1-hr charge anyways, he was happy to help troubleshoot a few other miscellaneous electrical items. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone.

Great, was supposed to arrive at 9 but, Jim arrive 1/2 hour early then went to hardware store to get supplies and was finished up by 1130am.He really did a great job and it was raining most of the day, I told him i would paint the wood. But he put replaced the two pieces of wood that were rotted on my window sills. And repaced the wood on my front door step that was also rotted. He did a wonderful job, i would hire him again.

After I shared what needed to be done, Manny quickly replaced 3 wired smoke detectors. Before installing bathroom hardware including 2 towel hooks, a towel bar, and a towel ring, he recommended using more robust anchors to reduce the chance of them pulling out, which I appreciated and agreed to. All fixtures were installed as requested, and he helped adjust the bend on the towel bar since it was slightly askew.

Matt from BRH was great! He was able to quickly identify the issue with our garbage disposal and fixed the problem in no time! We're very happy with the service and have found our new go to company for household repairs!
