Budget Right Handyman is pretty good. They did everything we've asked. He went out of his way.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. He was very courteous and he had some good ideas about what to do and what would be the right solution. It worked out really well. The price was okay but it could have been a little bit better.

Aaron K. was prompt and went right to work. He finished the faucet within an hour and then repaired a broken highriser bed that had lost a screw. He cleaned up well and was very polite. I would certainly use them again.

Matt is a superhero. I can't believe all he got done in two hours. When he'd come across an obstacle, he'd come up with a creative solution. I had a transition trip that wasn't working between a carpeted den and a tiled kitchen. He went out to his truck, did some woodwork and came back with a perfectly planed transition strip that elegantly filled the gap between the two rooms. Can't recommend this service highly enough and I will certainly call again. THANK YOU!

The work itself is an A+, everything was done extremely well and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I had a few things I definitely wanted to handle in the two hours, and a few "if we have time" things. Every single item was checked off my list based on how quickly and professionally the work was done. The only minor ding is scheduling, the company is very busy so you need to plan ahead a bit. Otherwise I highly recommend the service.

Great - Aaron showed up on time, was courteous and respectful, didn't leave a mess. I had wanted him to fix a dripping faucet, but he was not able to do that. He said it probably needed to be replaced or I should have a plummer look at it. I also wanted him to secure some curatin rods that were pulling out from the wall. He did not have the type of anchor needed, but he did tell me what needed to be done.

I would use him again and would recommend to others.

We had one toilet that needed the wax ring replaced. The other was coming away from the floor. We had the handyman reseat both toilets. The upstairs toilet now doesn't refill. Apparently the parts made today don't fit our older toilet. The caulk job was sloppy too. The downstairs toilet was adequately repaired.

Aaron was very friendly and professional and was able to handle all the repairs I needed. He was running late but called ahead of time and kept me posted. I would definitely have him do work on the house again. Only issue I had was regarding scheduling the appointment. I spoke to Tim on a Friday morning regarding scheduling for 9:00 the next Friday. I told him I would call back in half an hour to confirm. I did call back and got voice mail and left a message that that time would work and to please confirm. When I didn't hear back that day I left a second voice mail with the same message. Tim called back, I believe the following Monday, and got my voice mail but did not confirm. This then led to multiple calls back and forth. He never once answered the phone; I only got voice mail. And if he got my voice mail he would never leave a message confirming. When we finally connected in person on Wednesday he had given away my appointment time, which was extremely frustrating. Every message and call from him was as if we were talking for the first time. He had provided me initially with an email so I could send photos of the porch window, which is great, but he wouldn't confirm via email either. I think Tim is in the wrong role - he definitely does not have the organizational skills to do scheduling. This process was way too time consuming I would not want to go through it again.

Aeron was very courteous and professional. My only complaint is I had given the person I spoke to in setting up the appointment a list of what I needed done and Aeron was not given that list, so I was scrambling a bit to remember everything that needed to be done.

They were polite and efficient. They didn't charge for travel time.

The service turned out fine, it was very good. They do good work, they clean up well, they are also a little busy and it takes a little while to get them scheduled. The owner of the company did not translate well the instructions to the person who came to do the work, and we had to make sure they talk to each other. We had to stop the work, to make sure that the communication happened.

Man was 1/2 hr late, but all went well.

It was horrible. We hired them to install baby gates and one of the gates was installed backwards and one of the gates came out of the wall within four days. It is at the top of stairs, my son could have died. It was really awful. We spent more than what the deal was for. The work was horrible and then when I called them and questioned them about it, they said it was the gates that I provided, because I bought the baby gates, but I don't understand why if the handyman said oh, this isn't right hardware for these gates, why in the world would he have installed them, and installed them backwards.

It worked out really well. The guy did a great job and was reasonably priced. He arrived on time, is proficient, and completed the job on time. Overall, we are very pleased.

Budget Right was professional, sociable, and provided the information we needed regarding our repair. Definitely recommended.

An other wise routine call on a new project walk trough for bid purpose became uncomfortable after Dirk returned the call. Most designers hire contractors directly as part of their client service. Dirk became combative over the phone and his comments were unreasonably dismissive.

The company came out and performed the deal. The service was great. I had a great experience with the company.

They did a great job. They were on time and done within an hour. They also told me about their $79 coupon for two hours of sevice. That was great as one hour of service (minimum) is $95.

Came late, around 7pm. Didn't leave until 9 pm which was much later than I wanted to be dealing with this. Had to go to the hardware store. I think he could have come more prepared since he knew he was hanging a heavy mirror.

Unable to close security steel door. Problem was found to be a lose screw. Fixed promptly, finished with 1/2 hour. Satisfied
