Budget Right Handyman

The sales manager called us 1 day after we purchased the Big Deal. He scheduled an appointment for 3 days later with Ivan. Ivan showed up a few minutes before his time began. We went over the job and where the supplies were. He was very polite and did a great job hanging the door. We will use his company again.

Overall, everything went well, with a small bump along the way. I originally scheduled my work with them on 9/24, but they did not show up. After several phone calls, I finally received a call back, stating that there was a mistake in dispatch causing my problem. We rescheduled for 10/4. The tech arrived on time that day and spec'd out the job. He was able to determine the doors that i purchased would not work but was willing to begin work on the ceiling fan while I returned the old doors and got ones that would work. He installed the fan without issue and installed the new doors without a problem. He even assisted me with moving furniture since I still had 20 minutes of time purchased. He (I believe his name was Matt) was very professional and courteous and was willing to go the extra mile, which was much appreciated. Other than the original mishap, I had nothing but good things to say about budgetright handyman.

The only concern I had was that I did not receive a full two hours of service. However, the work went well. He did several minor repairs for me and changed a light bulb in my garage, which required extra detail. He was very nice and professional.

It took forever to be contacted by the Company. the day they were to come, Brad called to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional and courteous. He did the job very efficiently and timely. the mirror looks great and the lights are just want we wanted. Thank you

They were very good and professional. Also, they are very knowledgeable and completed the task.

It turned out well. Their price was right and we were satisfied with the work done.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Aeron was on time and worked quickly. He had some good ideas for fixing the door. I was very impressed with the quality of the work.

I would hire Budget Right Handyman again, and specifically request that Brad be assigned to my project.

Ken Farris was here yesterday and what a handyman! He was very pleasant and listened when I explained the work I needed done. He did a great job ? we were very pleased. Ken was very professional and when he was finished he explained his work and made sure we were happy with it; very conscientious. I hadn?t hired him for a full day, but he finished my project list. He also gave me advice on a solution to our front step problem that we will have him back to fix. I will definitely have him back.

i purchased a coupon from Angie's List for 2 hrs of handyman services for $79 However Ii knew the list of work I. had would take at least 4 hrs so when I spoke with the contractor Ivan, we scheduled 4 hours total ffrom 8-noon on Monday, oct 21. I couldn't be there that morning so my wife stayed home from work. Well, the contractor never showed up so I called him and he had put the wrong day down on his schedule so he thought he was suppose to be there on Wed, Oct 23rd. He apologized and asked if we could reschedule. He seemed polite and nice enough so I decided to give him a 2nd chance. We scheduled for Thursday, Oct 24th from noon until 4 PM. This time, I was home because i was working nights. Again, the contractor hasn"t come and he is not answering his phone. I should have known better than to give him a 2nd chance because he seemed to be so disorganized on the phone that it should have made me realize that this was not a professional that I was dealing with. Now I need to figure out howt to et my $79 back from Angie' List.

Ken was awesome! Made valuable suggestions and taught me things about the new home we just purchased and how to care for and maintain it. The above work consisted of 2 fulls days at our property. Our bathroom looks awesome and was affordable. He made a solid suggestion on installing new flooring and it has dramatically changed the look of the whole room. I already have 2 future dates book for help with items I need once my countertop is installed. This service is reasonable and he will knock out your to-do list with ease!

Bob was super friendly when he called to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time with a smile. He performed the work to the highest quality and quickly. I'll definitely be requesting his help for all future handyman project. Great guy!

Aeron was first hired to hang my exterior shutters,but they weren't ready so I asked him if he could paint the den.I added two more hours and he did a great job! I will call him when the shutters come in!

The gentleman was on time. He went with my spouse to obtain materials we needed to make repairs. He did a great job, and he cleaned up. If we have additional job to be done we will gladly call them again...

In short, Aaron Villarreal is THE BEST handyman I have ever hired . I have lived in four major cities throughout the U.S and I have hired about a dozen handyman for miscellaneous jobs and I believe that Aaron is by far the most skilled, most professional and most versatile handyman I have ever come across. Its rare to meet someone that is as passionate as he is about his job. Aaron loves his job and he takes great pride in not only ensuring that the job is done correctly, but he is happy to take the time to explain how / what he is doing in great detail. He also is happy to answer any question about just about anything related to the construction of your home (meaning that he doesn't mind explaining things in meticulous details to laymen like myself). I don't think there is a lot that Aaron doesn't know how to do and / or have a profound knowledge base of. Aaron truly goes above and beyond just being another good handyman. I live in a new home that was finished about 6 months ago and I honestly believed he saved me several thousand dollars (and a flooded basement) in noticing a severely corroded dielectric union on my hot water heater. This wasn't even something that I asked him to look at....he just noticed it on his own! I emailed a picture of the corroded piping to the builder of the home several hours after Aaron left and the builder said that he needed to get someone out to my home immediately (as my home is still under a warranty that expires in a few months)....as my water heater was truly on the brink of failing and flooding my basement. I am grateful to have discovered Budget Right Handyman . Not only that, but their rates are extremely low for the talent / skills that you are getting. I trust Aaron implicitly and I look forward to handing him / Budget Right a new list of jobs / in-home modifications that I am confident will be done correctly, efficiently and perhaps most importantly, done by a truly skilled and talented professional.

I purchased 2 hours of handyman services through a Angie's List "Big Deal". It went very well. Brad arrived early and went right to work. He even walked to the local hardware store for some caulk I did not have. After working his way through the project list very efficiently, he asked for what else he could help with. Overall, I was very pleased.

Came out to do electrical work, got here and started to describe what he needed to do. I could tell he was out of his mind, I don’t know if he had smoked something or drank something. As he went on I realized he was behaving weirdly and it was a bizarre experience. Initially he agreed to arrive at 230 but did not show up until 4:45, he did however let me know. I want them to send someone out that can do the job properly.

Courteous responses from owner. Extra charges estimated at 5 hours total. No longer in our budget range.

He removed old kitchen sink and installed a new one. It went well. It took more than two hours but they did explain thoroughly before hand. He did all the work I requested.

Aaron showed up a little early which was great. He did the work in the two hour period which I paid for and did a great job. He cleaned up afterwards and I would use this service again.

Bob from Budget Right Handyman was fantastic. He arrived early and went into the condo with me to look at what I wanted to do. He was very personable and friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work. I had to run to Home Depot because the light I bought was too large and he explained what to look for. I think the glazed look on my face made him tell me when you get to Home Depot to call me and let me talk to the sales person. While I was gone I asked if he would mind tightening a loose faucet which he did. I would absolutely recommend and use him again.

I called and made the appt. only to take the day off from work to be blown off. He rescheduled for the following week and I even called to ensure he was still coming the day of only to be blown off for the 2nd time and have not recieved a call back. I am VERY disappointed in the entire process.

Rumis arrived earlier than expected and set right to work. He was careful and neat and all jobs were completed to my full satisfaction. In addition, he gave me some ideas for other ways I might enhance my surroundings. I will use these folks again and especially ask for Rumis.
