Budget Right Handyman

Joe Fink came today to put together a tv stand for me. He called ahead to let me know his ETA and then was super friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond and did a great job!

Excellent, Duane is really great, and repaired the electrical issues in my house ahead of my inspection. Duane ran out to Home Depot to get materials and completed the jobs successfully. He is very knowledgeable, and the price was a fair deal.

FANTASTIC! Daniel is the best. There is apparently nothing he cannot do; we've had him here many times and plan to have him back again. He's prompt, efficient, has a kind demeanor, and cleans up nicely every time.

Everything from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done was smooth and easy. Joe was my handyman and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be hiring BRH and asking for Joe for my next project of installing some custom closet doors.

The job was never done. They stopped contacting me, so the job never got off the ground.

He installed the dishwasher crooked. The door is hitting the cabinet. He’s not interested in making the job right.

Joe F. did an excellent job. He was professional and is very good at his work. I felt the price was much to high. Covod 19 has caused prices to be ridiculous.

Matt B. showed up early and started work on-time. He had everything he needed to complete the job. Matt was extremely professional and careful about making sure the work was done right. My wife is extremely happy with the results.

Jim Dwyer is a gem! He accomplished a wide variety of jobs, small and large, very efficiently within just a few hours and did it all with a smile. He did an especially great job on the mess in our garage. Two thumbs up and highly recommended!

Terrible. The technician was late, unprepared and did not have a clue what he was going to do and then they charged me $75.00 to look at the work and left.

Dan Carrillo and Joe Fink were the technicians who showed up to perform the work. They were punctual, worked quickly and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and the most expeditious way to do it. I was very pleased with their work. They were a great team and were very conscientious about taking all necessary steps to ensure my safety and their own against Covid-19.

I hired this company who sent a technician to do light repair work in a residential property that I own. While the handyman himself was efficient in the jobs he performed, he did not inform me when he left the premises and when he returned. Therefore, I was unable to keep an accurate record of the time spent that he actually worked. He gave estimates of time as opposed to actual time accounted for. He did a store run, however, the only jobs that would’ve taken an hour each were two of the jobs: renewing grout with a stain on a small kitchen floor and repair a shelf with anchors. The other jobs someone could’ve completed in 30-45 mins. These included: sink caulking, repair of a sink handle, replacement of a toilet handle, replacement of a tub stopper, tightening of a cabinet door, repositioning two light switch boxes, and putting screws into one door hinge. For these small jobs it took him 9 hrs including an hour store run! Additionally, he continued to speak to the tenant even after my request for him to speak to me directly concerning any work that was done in the tenant’s unit especially since I was the client. He even went as far as to give the tenant materials and supplies to repair work around the unit. If anything, those materials and supplies should’ve been given directly to me as the owner. I found it to be extremely unprofessional. When I called to submit a complaint to the company, they were unable to be reached for 2 days. In addition, they deducted payment from my account without first talking to me about anything. Will I higher them again? Absolutely not! A grade of C was being generous.

Was told they will be able to install the two new tubs I’ve purchased but when the handyman came he said he couldn’t do it. Company was about to send another guy out to me that still cannot do the job but I cancelled it just in time. Other than that, the handyman they sent me did a great job with installing multiple exterior light fixtures and misc items.

Elvis is GREAT! Not only does he know his craft but it was a pleasure to have him in our home. And he cleans up!!!!! I've already talked with him about projects that we need to do in the near future.

Electrical work was completed efficiently and correctly. Plumbing work needed a special part and technician located a specialty plumbing store to order it for us. All interactions were professional and will definitely use for all future needs !

TERRIBLE!!!! When I spoke with Brandon, the scheduler, I told him the scope of work I need done. I gave him the dimensions and the width of the tile. I told me that it was $58.00 an hour and quoted me $1200.00. He told me a day to demo, a day to lay the tile and a half day to grout. I asked him could someone come out and give me an estimated. He assured me that I didn't need anyone to come out. From the information that I gave him he could tell me exactly how much it would be because he has been in the business for 15 years. He told me I would have to put a form of payment on file and i did. The installer was Dan, the first day he demo the bill was $504.00. Dan stated because the size of the tile he would need a second person to help him cut it. The second day I was given a bill for $1436.00. I told Dan that's not what Brandon told me. Dan told me the reason why the bill was so high is because the rate I'd actually $69.00 and hour and I had to pay for both of them at that price which is $138.00 an hour. Take in mind they did not even complete the project they had to come back the next day to finish at $138.00 an hour. The installer went to Home Depot for 2 hours and I was responsible for paying for that also. They new they were installing tile they should have came with everything they need So I cancelled my card that was on file. I tried calling Brandon Twice while Dan was there he did not answer and he still has not attempted to reach out to me. I then spoke to Sam Cervetas, the project coordinator. I explain to him the situation he didn't believe me when I told him Brandon told me $58.00 an hour. I asked him was all the calls recorded and he said yes, so I told him to listen to the phone call and he could hear everything me and Brandon discussed. Sam offered to deduct 138 dollars from my bill or I could wait until he listens to the phone call and he promised to call me the next morning. In the meanwhile he pulled to contractor of the job until he got the situation straighted out. I explained to Sam that I needed my job finished because I have a catering business and my kitchen is in my livingroom. Sam never called me back. I called him with no answer now I'm left with trying to find another contractor to complete the job because Brandon pulled a bait and switch on me because he my credit card on file. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unethical. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Very well. Workman was on time, did job , cleaned up. Overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend. Would hire again
