Really well...no complaints

Excellent deal and service. I purchased the Angie's List deal and had him come for 2 hours. He was on time, professional and got right to work. He measured everything and used his own screws to hang a really heavy piece of art work. I had a bunch of pictures I had taken down because we were going to paint. Everything was leveled. He was able to get them all done in the amount of time we had. I have had other handymen that are much slower and so the work doesn't get completed. This was not the case.

David and Shawn arrived at the scheduled time to perform handyman work at my home. They were courteous and polite and presented themselves well. David was the trainer and Shawn was the trainee. When David told me Shawn would be performing some of the work at first I was a little apprehensive but David reassured me that Shawn was competent for the job. I asked Shawn about his previous experience. He told me he had worked as a welder for several years. I figured if he had experience in welding he should be able to handle the job I had for him to do. The first job was to put an address sign on my brick garage. David first instructed Shawn on what he had to do to properly do the job. Then Shawn took over with David providing guidance as Shawn completed the job, It was Excellent! The sign was straight and sturdy. And was completed in a short period of time. Next I had the trim of the door to be fixed. By now I had was confident any job I put before them they would handle it professionally. Again David provided his insight on doing the job properly then Shawn took over. He did a Beautiful Job! Again I was pleased. Next, I had 3 pieces of furniture to put together. This took a little longer than the previous jobs but they worked steadily and effectively. When they had finished again I was pleased. David even moved the old furniture and placed the new furniture in my desired location. Then cleaned up. I was very pleased with theses gentlemen. They performed 5 Star Rating work. And were very nice men to have in my home.

Mario was awesome. He did a great job on a difficult project.

Been unsuccessfully trying to get the provider to come to look at work to be performed despite purchasing the coupon the provider has been unresponsive

It went alright. They did decent work. There were additional charges of about $40 or $50. They were supposed to send me a receipt so that I could give the receipt to the landlord to get reimbursed and they never did. Their rate was reasonable. They did respond quickly. There was nothing particularly exciting. I've got better people than them.

Great! Dave was on time and ready to go to work. We went over the problem areas and he found and fixed a few more for me.

Great! They were prompt, pleasant and professional and everything looks great. I was going to simply have them cut up my old carpeting in the garage according to the garbage company specs, but they simply hauled it away for me. It was such a relief to get these little things fixed ahead of putting my house on the market. My husband is not handy.

Came in my wife had a "honey do list" for him Took it all in stride. Was very professional in dealing with several little things like installing faucets, fixing basic plumbing etc... Many of the things that I am capable of doing but would take me several hours to do he knocked them all out professionally in 2 hours. In my mind worth every penny!

Mario did a great job. He called the morning of the appointment, showed up on time and was able to get everything done on my list. He was professional and wore booties on his shoes which was nice. I would hire him again to have more work done in the future.

Things started smoothly, friendly, nice guy. He listened to all the projects I needed done. He looked at each one, however decided he couldn't do some of them. I was a little disappointed. What would have made it better is if he didn't charge me for what he could not complete.

Glazing windows is hard, costly, tedious work. It was done well be a real professional.

It was okay. They didn't charge me more than the deal. I really wouldn't use the company again. One of the chairs is coming loose. I guess it wasn't done correctly. One of the handymen was new. He hasn't been trained on customer service. They called when they were running late so that was okay.

It was okay. He did was he was initially asked to do. I wanted some extra things done once he got here. He attempted to replace a cover on a fluorescent light fixture in the basement and to put in some new bulbs. He was not able to get those services done. He also did not feel comfortable installing the kick plate or doorstop.

Steve showed up on time, worked efficiency and finished quickly. All the work seemed to have been done well, although the backer board on the exterior of the window seems to have come loose in some spots.

Excellent. Plan to use again for other small jobs around the house. Communication throughout was excellent (from scheduling to arrival time on the day). Turned up on time, did the work quickly (including having to go to Home Depot to pick up parts we needed), cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I had a simple project at my coffee shop, plywood countertop (to be put on a 12 ft prefabricated, previously installed counter), 1x6 boards to cover up the front of the counter, a wooden plywood box to cover up an ugly metal hood, a few decorative boards for a menu board, and to stain all of it. Budget right guy showed up 15m late on the first day. After about 20 minutes of looking around he went to get the materials from a local home depot, about 3 miles away. 3 HOURS LATER, he shows back up with the materials, LITERALLY two pieces of plywood and 12-1x6 boards, not even enough for the entire project.... That?s it, 3 HOURS. I call Matt the owner or manager not sure exactly, he says, "Oh did he maybe have to go to another hardware store?" I would think that home depot has plywood and basic boards, "Well let's see how the day plays out..." he says. Alrighty? I leave the ?carpenter? by himself; I ask to get photos of his progress when he leaves. Dude texts me a picture of the two cut pieces of plywood laying on the countertop and two supports that he had to trim by 4 inches. That?s it? 5 hours to cut 2 8ft pieces of plywood for a 12 ft counter that was prefabricated and previously installed. All he needed to do was cut it, glue it, nail it, and do the same for the 1x6 boards. Nope, the guy literally just cuts the boards, 5 hours? I go in the next day, carpenter is 1 hour and 15 minutes late, but he?s sure to write on the invoice that he came in at 8:00am, can?t p*** off the boss of course! So he trims an hour off and says he left at 3:00pm, not 4:30pm when he actually left. Shady. Now that I can see for myself the pathetic progress he?s made I tell him, forget it just finish nailing down the plywood countertop and install the 10 1x6 boards, don?t do the box for the hood, don?t put up the boards for the menu area, don?t stain anything, just get done and leave. Carpenter guy catches on to the fact that I?m p***** and perplexed at his sloth like speed and says it will only take him 2-3 hours to finish. Sure enough he calls me 7 hours later and says he?s done. I get there, my store is COVERED in sawdust, he just barely swept the big chunks of trash wood into a random pile, threw all of the bigger boards into a corner, left ALL of the price stickers on every, single, last, piece of wood and as mentioned, lied to his own boss about the hours he was there to cover is butt. Haven?t heard a peep from Matt the owner\manager guy as to whether I was happy with the service, even though he knew of my disdain from the last phone call. $825.00 plus materials, for a PLYWOOD countertop and to attach 10, 1x6 boards to the front of the counter. This place seems to take just about anyone(whether they speak English or know how to work or not) to do their subcontracting, I would avoid it at all costs. It?s too bad since I have about 6 more large projects that include carpentry, plumbing, and electrical? Not for Budget Right handyman, no sir?

Matt was professional, nice, hard working and very careful - with our home, the walls, centering, leveling and lining things up. I appreciate people who are trustworthy and who care about doing the job right. Well Done! I plan to call his company again soon. Thanks!

I purchased a Big Deal, two hours of this vendor's time. I scheduled time through Angie's List. No response. I called him and left a message. No response. I called Angie's List and they contacted him. He called and left a message. I returned his call. No response. I finally cancelled this purchase and got a refund. Such a waste of time!

Matt from Budget Right Handyman came out to help me with some framing in my basement. He showed up on time, had great ideas and did excellent work. I provided materials and was quoted an hourly rate, plain and simple. I would use them again in a second.

I bought the deal of $220 work for $110. When I received the confirmation, it said 2 hours work for $110. Matt asked me to send pictures of the job so hr could estimate it properly. He sent an email back saying that it looked like 4 hours work at their "Discounted" rate of $55/hour. Pete, the carpenter showed up on time and we looked at the job together. Most of the post behind the base was rotted so Pete cut off the rotted part of the base, built up a new support for the base and put a very nice base molding around it. The job took a little less than 2 hours, so with the deal, I was covered. My concern was, what if it took the estimated 4 hours? Would I be expected toy pay another $110? I'll never know.

Extremely happy with the results. David did a great job on the listed home repairs. Our bathtub and sink look as good as new again. The cracks and broken concrete on my garage floor were patched and it now looks great. The installed wood trim also looks very good. Same with the new electric outlets. Getting a quote and getting the worked scheduled was easy and efficient. David arrived exactly on time and finished a bit early, so the project was completed under budget. Will definitely use this service again.

It went great. Only took about 15 minutes though, so I didn't need the full 2 hours. Great service, very quick, and very thorough. Would definitely use again...when I have a list of things that need to be fixed, not just one

He was on time and took 2 hours exactly to take out 2 old toilets and replace with new toilets. Very simple.
