Mario was on time, professional. worked fast and completed all the tasks

No issues. Quality install as far as I could tell. Work wasn't trivial as he had to saw out the 7 enlarged openings. Had an appointment and felt comfortable paying for complete job beforehand. Very satisfied.

I was disgusted with this company from the very beginning. We started out with communication issues and it took awhile for me to reach someone. I eventually spoke with Matt and we talked about my project in detail. I then went through the time, energy, and trouble of taking pictures, uploading them and emailing them to him at his request. We then spoke briefly about the project again after he received the pictures. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. I was very confident at this point, that the work I needed to have done and the problems I was having at my home would be rectified. Then it seemed to take a turn for the worse. Although, someone from the company did come out as promised, it was not Matt, who I originally spoke to and thought was coming out, it was another person, who came completely unprepared and just acted as if he did not want to do the work or be there. He then told me he would have to come back out to do the work. This appointment was the day after Thanksgiving and I had to take the day off work, since it was the only day they had available. He said he would come back out next Saturday. On the Thursday before our appointment, I called him to confirm the appointment and he told me that he was at a bowling league and would have to call me back the next day. I never heard from him, even after I called again, left a voicemail and sent him a text. The company then called me back on Saturday, the day of our appointment and I spoke to Matt and I told him everything that I was going through and that I wasn't very happy about this. I told him that I don't think this company seems to want my business. At that point, rather than being apologetic and wanting to resolve the problem, he said "Well do you want a refund or what?" I thought that was very unprofessional and I am just so disgusted and disappointed with this. I still don't have the work done and I feel that I have wasted so much time and energy over this.

Matt was very responsive and gave me a quick quote and date when they would come out. they came when they said they would and were very professional and did a very good and clean job.would highly recommend this company

Elaine was punctual and got right to work securing baby gates. We wanted to block off stair cases and separate our living room/baby's playroom from our dining room. We had some odd layouts and gate configurations to work with and Elaine did an amazing job. She also finished up a couple extra things on our to-do list (hang a frame and remove/replace an air vent register). I'd definitely call Budget Right Handyman again.

David, the handyman arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He asked to see each of the things I needed repaired. Then, he quickly got to work on them. I was most relieved that he had no problem making the vent hole in the brick wall larger. I did not want to try to do that myself because of fears of causing a problem with the bricks. Also, other larger contractors did not want to be bothered with it since it was such a small job. So, this really worked out well. David knew what he was doing. The new light fixture and the front door hinge were fixed with no problems. David was very good about using drop cloths. He kept each work area clean. I liked that. So, I came away completely satisfied. David has good repair skills and he has a positive personality too. I would have him come back anytime to do future projects.

Work was done well but after work was completed that day, I called and scheduled another appt. for the beginning of July 2014 and they were a no show. I couldn't find a mutually agreeable time to schedule their next visit so I found another provider. The initial job was done very well.

I purchased the Angie's deal..Mario was professional. prompt, efficient and informative. He offered several suggestions for additional things I may have taken care of in the future. He adjusted fence, installed door bell, tighten hinge on a kitchen cabinet. I definitely received my money's worth from this deal. Will use again.

It went OK, but she wasn't really equipped to fix the outside door - we probably need an entire new door

In both instances, the scheduled handyman showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and was very respectful to our needs. This was particularly true of the window glass replacement, as it required two coordinated visits, and was a bit tricky. We feel this service was well priced, particularly with the discount, and would definitely use again.

I had a terrific experience with Budget Right. I purchased an Angie's List coupon and the company responded promptly and we were able to schedule the appointment in just a few days. Tim arrived right on time, was personable and professional and ready to get to work. I had a prioritized list of small but annoying home fixes and repairs that I was hoping to accomplish. I was really impressed with the way Tim sequenced the projects to be as efficient as possible. For example, I needed the flappers on the toilet replaced. When I talked to the scheduler he suggested I buy the universal toilet mechanism to make sure we had the appropriate parts. When it turned out that all I needed were the flappers, Tim suggested that I just buy those and return the larger components. He began working on projects while I went out to buy the necessary parts. It's a pretty simple fix so he showed me how to do it so the next time i can do it myself. He worked steadily through the rest of the list and we even got to a few things that were on my "if we have time" list. In the end everything i had hoped to accomplish. It's a relief to have all of those items off my "to-do" list. I would definitely use Budget Right again.

I purchased the big deal two hour handyman service through Budget Right Handyman.I was contacted by the company and a date,and time was set up for the work to be performed.I was contacted on the scheduled date,and time by serviceman Tim P. who advised me that he at my residence.Tim came inside my residence and first removed his shoes(without being asked) so to not track anything on my carpet.We went over the paper work and Tim got to work,and did an excellent job on the task to be performed.The only job that could not be performed was to have an electrical socket replaced,as I was unable to locate a new like socket.Tim however did give me several suggestions as to where I could possibly find the socket I needed.The overall experience was great,and I found Tim P.to be knowledgeable,professional,and friendly.I would definitely hire Budget Right Handyman for further projects.

Great experience. Brian arrived on time, took careful measurements and got all supplies. He was prepared with all the tools and know how to get the job done. Job took a bit longer than expected but that was because Brian's recommendation didn't cut corners and was the right way to fix the door jam, trim and threshold. He was very professional and I would definitely use The Budget Right Handyman again.
