The booker totally messed up all our information; including time, date and project; the work was very substandard. Also, I was charged double for the work actually done and the customer service to try and make things right was abysmal. In the past I have referred several people to this company, I am not sure if there was a change in ownership or something else but I would never refer or hire this company again.

Unfortunately, he was unable to get the tub drain to flow fast enough to prevent the water from backing up into the tub. We both agreed that this problem was outside the scope of what handyman can perform. Sal was very professional and I would not hesitate to hire him to do other more reasonable projects.

The gentleman I talked to at Budget Right Handyman (Jerome) to set the the visit by the handyman, was very pleasant to interact with, and quite informative about the process that I could expect when hiring a handyman from that organization. (2) The handyman who came to do the job was Jesse Morris. - Jesse was skilled and knowledgeable. I was impressed with Jesse's ability to perform various troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance that I needed in my home. (3) Jesse listened to my needs, and was honest & friendly with me. (4) Jesse demonstrated a professional work ethic.
Description of Work: Needed a lot of work done in multiple categories (1) Move furniture around in a couple of rooms. Some of them are quite heavy, requiring the use of a hand. (2) Take a new 65" TV from it's box and set it up. (3) Take a new TV stand out of it's packaging & assemble it. (4) Take a Power Lift Recliner out of it's packaging, assemble it, and set it up (5) Install NEW Smoke Alarm/Carbon Monoxide detectors in 4 rooms (6) One of the nightstand drawers need to be fixed, so that it slides in and out of the nightstand smoothly. (7) Fix the Smartphone holder for the car so that it works properly.
