It went really well. Angelo was truly great. He was gentle, very careful with our belongings/home and highly responsive. He was definitely a great part of the overall experience.

Mario came right out and took care of it. An hour and a half after my call, the work was done and he was on his way. Even gave me a quick quote for power washing & staining our deck which was better than another estimate I had gotten from another company, so I'll be using them for that as well. Couldn't have gone better.

Joe was prompt and professional with a warm and friendly personality. He skillfully removed and replaced bathroom fixtures and outdoor fixtures that were in working order. I highly recommend this company to perform handyman services.

Angelo Santa was our serviceman - he was on time, very nice, very thorough and very competent. He was careful of our electric wires hanging down and cleaned up everything. Great guy! Great service.

Very well. Drywall repair was done very nicely. We did run out of time to do the bike hoists but we had a problem locating studs in the garage ceiling which was not the fault of the technician.

Dave Federici did a great job! He was prompt, friendly, likeable, and highly knowledgeable. The old kitchen faucet nuts were totally rusted, but Dave was able to conquer them...and without using a single cuss word! ;-) He gave me excellent advice on the gas furnace, and reassured me that it's working fine despite being an older model. I trust a handyman who doesn't push something new just because what I have is old. I'll definitely be calling on Budget Right and Dave again.

Set up a call, sent pictures, never heard back

The switch was old and the water issues are related to seepage.

I noticed water leaking around the base of the toilet .Angie,s list had a deal for 2hours of a Plummer for 110.00 so I called for it. The worker that they sent called me 1st and said it would be faster if I bought the kit and had it there when he arrived. I bought 2 just in case he had enough time left to check the master toilet also. By his own admission he made 3 attempts to properly seat the apparatus, breaking 2 in the process. He had to go to ace and buy the third one . He did buy an extra one for me to return and get credit for. I noticed that he kept looking at his cell phone from time to time. He said "I just want to make sure I'm doing this right". By the time he finished I was really puzzled so I asked him if he was a licensed Plummer and he sai no,"I would be making a whole lot more money if I were". The toilet base does not leak so I had no reason to squawk until now. A few days ago I accidentally knocked an object into the toilet and had to call a Plummer to deal with it . To reach the object 2 men had to remove the toilet. They immediately hollered for me to come look. They showed me a broken flange . They said they wanted me to look now so they wouldn't be blamed for it . Eventually this broken piece could cause the toilet to shift. I can send you a pic .

Handyman was competent, courteous, personable & prompt.

Never happened because the handyman never gave us a list of what we need to buy in order for him to get the work done. There seems to be a communication gap between their project manager and handymen.

It went perfectly. He asked if there was anything else he could do because we had 20 minutes left on the 2 hour offer. We would definitely use this company and handyman again. The company answered the phone promptly, and gave us an appointment the next day - which we needed.

Perfectly! The carpenter took the closet doors downstairs, cut them 1/4" and then hung them back up. He removed his shoes when entering the house, and gleaned up after himself when he finished. I will definitely call them again for home repairs
