Budget Right Handyman

It went very well. There was initial confusion about the list of items that needed to be done in my two-hour time allotment, but once that was straightened out it went fine. The confusion was between what the company told me about flexibility and what the company tells its employees about working through a particular list of projects. Juan did a good job with everything I asked of him and did it quickly!

Great service! I've had Luis come out several times. He totally knows what he's doing, and he's a completely nice guy. He installed electrical service and a ceiling fan in my home office, then moved a ceiling fan that was in an odd place in my dining room. And then he installed a ceiling fan on my back porch. Next up, he's going to paint my place. Totally recommended!

He did the job. My side door the garage was broken in and they went through the side door, so he was hired to replace the door. It was a great experience. We will hire him again if needed.

It went great. Cleaned up after himself and was a great worker.

I called about the quote and asked for them to come back but they said no and that it would be another $39 to reassess the job. The estimate was outrageous.

They were great. Any project that I had, they were able to efficiently and professionally finish them. And effectively complete the project. they also give advise on project when needed.

Needed to have someone come in to take care of items throughout my folks' house during the holiday weekend. Contacted them on a Saturday of 4th of July weekend and they were able to accommodate someone to come by that Monday, July 3. Art was the handyman they sent, and he was punctual, professional, and completed everything we asked and more. "A" across the board for all tasks.

The fence turned out wonderfully. The two fellows the company sent did an excellent job. They were always there first thing in the moring. They made suggestions to me to make the fence sturdier. They were friendly. Just like being with my own family.

Electrician was right on time ! Worked quickly and efficiently. So happy of the work done. I would definitely use again !!!

I had to hire them 2 times to fix the toilet because I had to order parts. The first man they sent out did great work on the downspout and initial outlook on toilet. When I called for follow up appointment I was told I would get the same guy (Phil) back out to finish the toilet. I was also told there is a 2 hour minimum and that was ok because I had extra work on my deck. The man that came out wasn't Phil and he said he fixed toilet but didn't do it right causing more issues than I had before. I have to now pay someone else to come fix what he said was done. Then when this other guy took the boards off my deck he threw the boards off the deck knocking my garden bricks off the edging. Overall the first person (Phil) was good but the second man was no where near what I paid for.

Service was fast and completed in less than the two hour minimum.

Good estimate provided over the phone based on photos of the work to be done. The service provider arrived on time ready to work. He assessed the work needed and explained the basic steps and required materials required to me. After a quick stop at the local lumber yard, he completed the work and allowed me to check that the problem was solved before gathering his tools. Great service - would use again.

Done well. Leonard showed up early and was very pleasant and efficient.

That was good. I think they did a couple of small things around my house. I think they did bathroom work, it was a long time, I don't recall. I think there were some problems with the service because they were not able to resolve the issue in the initial complaint. They had to come back and I had to pay them extra for that. If that was the one thing, I remember correctly. I was not happy with the service because the person whom they sent initially, he was not able to resolve the issue and so they had to send someone again. So, something like that happened. They were able to respond on time. The work was done after they sent somebody else, so it was completed.

Did do an adequate job but could of been done some much better. The detail of the work could of been done better.

It went great. Mario came a little early. He looked at what needed to be done and we went to the hardware store to purchase the necessary materials. They had him scheduled for 7 hours, and he finished in just under 6 hours. He did a great job. Very thorough, we added an outdoor switch as well which was a great idea. He even had time to look at my indoor bedroom fan, which was unbalanced and making noise and fixed THAT which made me very happy. I had purchased coupons from them at a special rate, so that cut about $50 off what the bill would otherwise have been

The work went well although it was a bit of a challenge scheduling and the work has to be completed over 2 days as one of the persons got delayed due to his other commitment.

On time did a good job.small mudding job due to water damage .came back a second time to sand the wall.stated would take an hour,but I waited there only took 15-20 minutes.did not clean up dust.the first time he came stayed about one hour was very polite even helped me reconnect a vent to a dryer .also gave me some information on how I could keep thiswater problem from happening again.

Leonard and James arrived on time, assessed the damage and repaired it efficiently and neatly.

Mario did a great job. It was his second time completing a job for us.

I experienced a major problem with Chris at Budget Right in securing the requested tech Mario C. As usual, John, the manager corrected the matter with professional respect and compassion. Mario C arrived 15 mins early and worked diligently to completing the multiple tasks. Mario C was great and we'll worth my 2 to 3 week wait.

Mario and Alberto were terrific. They had never worked together before but made a great team. I would definitely request them again.

I have used this company three times now for a variety of items on my to do list. Every time they have done an excellent job. The only reason for my B rating on the quality of work, is because the last time I had them out the person who did the work did a decent job but not quite as excellent as the two previous times. I will continue to use this company for work around the house
