Budget Right Handyman

It went extremely well. I received a prompt call to schedule my service that I had requested online. Phil and Stan showed up on time and handled everything perfectly. They were very professional and helpful. This company will definitely get my repeat business!

The work to stop a leak in my kitchen left by the first guy they sent out wen well the second time around.

Everything went very well. Mr. Federici came up with an ingenious idea to repair the issue with the air vent.

Bought a deal for 2 hours for $100.00. Good. They responded quickly. 3 things were supposed to get done. Only 2 worked out.

They're pretty up front with the pricing. There's no hidden cost. Actually, I tried to call for another service, and they didn't respond quickly, so I'll give them a C for that one. I wanted three didn't things to get done with them, but the second one didn't work out so good because they weren't really responsive. But the first and third, they were responsive, and obviously I used them again, so they did a good job.

All work completed within the 2 hours paid for.

Went great--he got everything done within the time and budget he had estimated. And he made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. DAve F. is the best.

Firstly, let me say that the staff who answer inquiries and schedule appointments and Joe (in charge of fencing estimates) were very professional. My problem is Budget Right's fencing estimate was more than twice the price quoted by two other reputable companies. Lowes and Trulink quoted $1900 and $2000, respectively, while Budget Right quoted $4400+ for the same exact scope and materials (about 50' fence with 1 gate, plus 2 extra gates to both sides of the house; 6x8' treated pine; security or board-on-board fence). I thought to try Angie's list for the very first time to try a lesser known company and hoping for a better deal. I understand and agreed to Budget Right's $20 fee for performing the estimate and would have been happy to pay it even if the estimate turns out to be reasonably higher than the others I got. But the outrageous difference in the quote tells me that Budget Right should not be in the business of quoting fencing projects as they obviously do not know how to do it. Based on that principle, I respectfully asked for a refund of the fee they charged to my credit card but they refused. I think they should call themselves "Budget Wrong" instead.

GREAT. HE MINIMIZED WORK TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB

Alfredo was on time and very efficient. I was delighted to hear he had installed similar bathroom fixtures and garbage disposals two weeks prior. Because of his previous experience he knew what to expect and what tools to bring for the installation.

Rick was on time, very thorough, and caught things my amateur eyes would not have seen. Over the course of two and a half days, his work was solid, and I would use him and BRH again.

It went very well. Mario did a great job in fixing the cracked joists. The floor feels very steady after the repair. He got the right material from Homedepot anf finish the job within 3 hours (including the time to purchase the materials). I am very satisfied with Mario's work and have him scheduled back for other handyman projects.

Not well. I wouldn't suggest the company.

I contacted Budget Right Handyman for services on Saturday 7/15/2017 within several hours I received a callback and I had an appointment scheduled for the following day 7/16/2017. The person I spoke with over the telephone was Brad, he was very nice and helpful. The person who came to my home was Phil. C; he was absolutely wonderful, on time, professional, and very friendly. I will definitely br requesting him again.

Perfect it was. I met him at Home Depot where he help picked out the paint color and advised me about what type of paint to buy. He sanded the door and applied the paint perfectly. Additionally another closet door would not close. He sanded that down so it is as good as new. Bravo to the company for making the appointment easy and bravo to Phil for a perfect job. These will be the first people I call to do any additional work in my home.

Edgar did a great job. Very professional. Confirmed appointment and completed the work. This was for 2 hours of handyman work and he was able to accomplish multiple small projects. Loved his work and attention to detail.

James arrived on time, assessed the scope of the work, purchased the materials and completed the job within a couple of hours. James did a excellent job and cleaned up as well.

Gabriel did a great job, as all Budget Right guys have done. The only issue is that the appointment was set for noon, and I had to call BR at 12:20 to find out what the delay was. Gabriel ended up being about an hour late, which is fine -- he was stuck on another job -- but we should have been contacted well before the appointed time to let us know there would be a delay. Not a big deal, but that's the only reason I can't give A's across the board. Otherwise, as indicated above, Gabriel was friendly, explained the issues he was dealing with, he tolerated our spazzy dog, and he did a great job.

Stan West was absolutely fantastic. I asked him to do more than I had originally planned, and he did everything with patience, skill, good humor. Knocked out several things that needed work. I'd hire him again in a minute.

Nate was very good. He made sure he understood what we wanted and then executed it it very well. I would definitely hire again.

Alfredo Installed it quickly and correctly for much cheaper than a plumber.

Phil was great. Wasn't able to get wall mount up but explained to me why and didn't charge for service.
