The original date for service had to be postponed due to an illness in the technician's family. Budget Right notified us well in advance so that we could make alternative arrangements. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week. Mario arrived early, and did a walk-through to check both install sites and confirm the work needed. He was very helpful and kept me informed every step of what he was doing and, if he encountered an unexpected hiccup - how he would address the issue. The work was completed within the expected time - and the fans work great. Would definitely hire Budget Right again - and definitely would ask for Mario.

Luis did the work very quickly, was knowledgeable and very helpful. We've asked for him to help us with work were scheduling next month.

Basic work was done, however, I more work done to secure the fence. Perhaps I was not clear in my request, however, the technician only did the basic work and was not able to completely resolve my issue.

They did a good job. They did a really good job. They did a lot of really odd jobs around the house. They did so well we had them do some extra stuff in the house. They did a really good job, and they fixed a couple of things that were really annoying to me and my wife for several years. They were friendly guys. The work turned out excellent. I would use them again in the future.

Leonard Bailey was our handyman and he did a fantastic job. He was prompt and pleasant. I was amazed he was able to quickly and efficiently do many jobs within the time frame we scheduled. I would definitely recommend Leonard for future handyman work! Give this man a raise!

They do a good job for me. They always seem to match you up with what you need. Very energetic and knowledgeable.

I called Luna to get vinyl plank flooring. I showed the sales person my lower level basement and the areas that were difficult to provide flooring, and were it was not level. The sales person stated that the installer could definitely put flooring with no problem. They could go around the furnace etc. I asked him several times if he was sure because I did not want to see the old flooring at all and I wanted to make sure they could do everything so if looked professional. He said yes. The installer is here at my home now. He is doing excellent work however he cannot do what the sales person promised. The sales person told me what I wanted to here so I would sign the contract! Also I found out today I need to pay the balance before they even install the floor. Nothing in the contract stated this nor did the sales person mention this. I had to pay in full before it was installed!!!! Also the sales person ordered the wrong color quarter round molding. I wanted it to match the grey floor and he order white!!! Now I have to wait and everything is ready now to install everything at once. Unbelievable inconvenience! I called the sales person and Luna to see if I can do two different floors in my laundry room and they said yes. Now another person from Luna said they can't. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING WITH LUNA DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY. THE GOOD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THE INSTALLER WAS EXCELLENT ON WHAT HE WAS ABLE TO DO. HE IS FROM UKRAINE HAS AN EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC. DO NOT GO WITH LUNA THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SETTLE FOR WHAT YOU DIDN'T WANT!!!!!!! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. I WARNED YOU IN ADVANCE!

Alfredo Lopez was excellent. He was punctual, worked hard and efficiently and did a fantastic job. Would ask for and hire him again. Alfredo went the extra mile.

It was $130 for 2 hours of work. They did a good job. They were responsive They have done it twice for me. One was for my church.

We have used Budget Right Handyman several times in the past, and we have always been pleased. They've done small and large jobs for us, so we were confident that they were the right choice to add a wet bar to our newly remodeled basement. We bought the cabinets, countertop, shelves, etc. from Ikea and Home Depot, and then called Budget Right to give an estimate and schedule the install. During the estimate process with Joe Fink, we discussed the possibility of building a custom window seat in our living room, and we decided to add that to the estimate as well. He had good ideas for how to do it and gave us good tips on the materials to buy. It was scheduled as a fixed-bid job that would likely take two days. On the first day Mario Chavez and Juan Gonzalez showed up promptly on time and we went over the scope of the work. It took two full days, and they did an amazing job. We had specific requirements for the shelving and the placement, and they were careful to make sure everything was done to our specifications. Overall, we were very pleased with the attention to detail and their professionalism. Great guys! We have recommended Budget Right to our friends, and they have also been very pleased. I'm confident we will use them many more times in the future.

The overall experience went very well. The person I talked to on the phone to describe what I needed done and set up an appointment was an actual handyman (or at least someone very knowledgeable) so he was able to ask me good questions and then determine which handyman was right for the job, had the right tools, etc. very quickly. The handyman (Juan G.) arrived (reasonably) on time. He was very friendly and had me approve the work he was doing along the way, making adjustments when necessary, to make sure I was satisfied. I would certainly use them again.

I bought all my materials in advance. The handyman (Andy) had never installed this particular hand rail system before but he quickly read the instructions and completed the work. The handrail installations and tub caulking took 2 hours to complete.

It went well. Nate arrived on time (a bit delayed because of the confusion of my building address - not his fault). Things went pretty smoothly except for the second toilet where the attachment didn't fit. Nate explained why and that I would need a new seat because of the curvature on the current one. After he left, I got a flatter seat at Home Depot and was able to finish the installation. He was correct. My only nit is the rate - they charged me for 2 hours work when it was really closer to one.

Everything went very well. If you can get Leonard on your next job, you're lucky. He was excellent. A real pro!

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are truly fantastic! I have been trying to get a handful of small things taken care of in my home for a couple months now. Between reading reviews, calling companies for estimates, making appointments for in-home estimates, it was beginning to feel more complicated than it should be. I had one company out for an in-home estimate last week. That person walked around and whined about how difficult all the work would be, and told me they would need to be there “all day” (6 hours) in order to get it done. Their estimate was based on the hourly rate, but still came to over $400 (plus materials). Then I called Budget Right. I went over the project with someone on the phone, who took down all the details and explained everything about the company and their policies. I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. James arrived early (which I appreciate). I walked him through the projects I wanted done, and he looked at me and told me this would be a piece of cake. James was efficient, patient (even took the time to answer my questions about the workings of the various things I could not fix myself), and thorough. We checked each job as it was completed to ensure it was done to my satisfaction before he moved on to the next. He took great care of all things in my home, especially while re-hanging a hollow core closet door in a narrow hallway. James completed all the work in about an hour and a half. I could not be happier with the way everything turned out! His services exceeded my expectations. The ease of the entire process with Budget Right, weekend availability, expertise of the employees, and reasonable rates are a rare combination. I will be using Budget Right from now on, and have recommended them to numerous people already. Turns out quite a few of us have a short list of things we’d like to get done around the house :)

They did an okay job, but hey did not make pilot holes to guide the screws properly. The wood did start to crack in spots.
