I recently found Budget Refinishers on Yelp to help restore my tub and the surrounding tile. Arial was able to schedule me right away at my convenience, even on a Saturday! The technician came out and was extremely professional, friendly, and clean. He was able to patch up small cracks in my tub, add a new drain cover, and completely reglaze the entire tub and tile. I really recommend using this service. It saves you so much money in the simple fact that you don't need to rip out the tub and tile disrupting the plumbing. Dried quickly and I was able to use my new tub 24 hours later. I didn't even know the service existed, but I will definitely be using it from now on!

The day after the work was done I removed the tape and paper and found many issues. There were bubbles in the paint. They did not caulk the window and shower walls as promised. They missed spots in the shower and tub. There were 2 huge gouges in the tub floor among other things. I called and emailed pictures. After much discussion, Jennifer finally agreed to send the crew back. They returned to fix my issues. After I removed the tape and paper, I realized they did not caulk the window and shower walls as I requested. There were still blemishes on the wall where the paint did not adhere. There were cracks in the caulk and on the walls. Again, I sent pictures and made calls to Jennifer. Again, after much conversation, Luis was sent back for the 3rd time. This time I paid him $ 100 in cash for his trouble. A week later, the paint began to peel from my walls. He spilled some type of solvent in my shower drain and in my bathroom sink. It stained my drains and my sink. I sent pictures of the peeling walls, cracks and stains in my sink 3 times. I called Jennifer and left 5 messages over a 2 week period. I never received a response. Today, I called her from work and she answered. She claimed she never received my e-mails or messages. She also told me that there was nothing more she could do for me and that she had to have the owner contact me. I requested the owner's name ( I thought she was the owner) but was denied his name and contact information. I'm convinced I made a bad decision having these folks do this work. Jennifer was very convincing when I called to get information. I trusted her and her promise to do a good job. Now they refuse to honor their warranty. This company does not honor their work or warranty. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I called Budget Refinishers to refinish my bathtub and bathroom sink. I wasn't sure if I had to replace them, but after speaking with Jennifer and looking at their website I was confident that the job could be done. I had a crack in my sink and my tub was old and stained with multiple chips, rust around the drain and just looked horrible. Scheduling was easy and the technician was very polite and courteous. A few hours later it looked like I had a whole new tub and sink! I couldn't believe it. I never heard of refinishing before but I'm glad I did some research because I saved a ton of money versus ripping out my tub and replacing my sink. The best part was they didn't leave a mess and I could use my tub and sink the very next day. It was easier than I thought and cheaper than I thought. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and I am thinking about having them come back to do my other tub!
