They kept the work area clean and tidy. They were very knowledgeable about electrical jobs, installing backsplash, and appliances. The price was competitive. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY LISTENED TO ALL MY CONCERNS. KEPT THE WORK AREA CLEAN AND TIDY. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE JOBS, ELECTRICAL, INSTALLING BACKSPLASH AND APPLIANCES. THE PRICE WAS EQUAL.

Thus far everything is holding up, I don't like posting a 5 star rating on anything and anybody, however the job was well done and precise. At this time there are no chiping or cracks present. Chicago's weather can erode concrete in the winter fairly quick. This company knew this, they tuck pointed my property so tight to sustain the Chicago weather, thank you for your service. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I requested a full bath remodel. I am very satisfied with the end product. I would recommend Budget Construction because of the professional of the salesperson and work crew, timeliness in completion and value of the project, and the availability of the crew manager's attention to detail and his willingness to honor any request that I made.

The Kitchen remodel was done right the first time. I was worried about the job taking long, but they gave us a timeline and stuck to it. If I called with any questions, my Project Manager was there to answer to my satisfaction. I am looking forward to my bathroom remodel being done by a great team like Budget Construction!

i had a great experience with Budget .. my bathroom renovation took place on time and in budget and they worked worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. would highly recommend .

I needed a new roof rather quickly since I was having solar being installed on my roof and it needed replacement. Feeling some what pressured to get a roof installed and not knowing a reliable company at that time Budget Construction was recommended to me by a friend. The owner of the company actually came out to explain what needed to ne done and why! i felt he was hoest and did not pressure me in any manner. The roofing project was efficiently by a crew that worked hard, were very careful and made the work of roofing on a two story house look easy. I had to have several new plywood sheets replaced as well and two new skylights replaced as well. The skylights were difficult to replace but I was really impressed with the installation, Both inside and out From the inside I couldn't tell that the old skylights had been removed paint and drywall were untouched . I was also given a convenient way of paying which worked well for me. I would hire this company again.

Caution: Read this before deciding on Budget Construction who rehabbed my basement. After the job was complete, I noticed some things that were not right. A few examples: Nail holes were not filled in Areas where paint wasnâ t applied with two coats or not at all A door that is cut on an angle Installation of flooring with missing screws Faucet off center and not fully secure Toilet paper holder crooked. My real issue is that I had called Budget Construction and stated that I would like someone to come out to see the work that wasnâ t done properly, they said someone would call. After two weeks I called again, and they said someone would call. And they never did. I told them that I would rather have someone come and inspect the work when finished then write a negative review â But since no one has responded here is my review. Once their work is done, that is how they treat youâ ¦as Done.

Overall this was a great experience. My contractor was terrific to work with and he was an excellent craftsman. His workmanship is fantastic, he was efficient, courteous, careful, and did a great job. I am very pleased with the finished job.

Super fast, friendly, accurate and stunning bathroom model

On time arrival work done was great worked on the sub floor of bathroom cleaned up afterwards

I appreciated the fact that Budget was flexible when their construction schedule was impacted by material deliveries. Cabinet and countertop deliveries were impacted by Covid , but the Contractor worked around the delays in a very professional manner. The tradesman was also amazing and very professional!

Happy days are here again! Excellent team work. Designed layout for kitchen with added features that surprised me. Everyone was very professional and knew their job. I look forward to working on other projects with them. I love my kitchen!!!

The job was rather complex. Transformed master bath to an accessible, beautiful space. Work was meticulous. Contractor was knowledgeable and experienced about all aspects of home remodeling. He was easy to work with as was the office staff. Will use again for future projects.

We had one full bathroom and one half bath done. They were very professional and my family is very happy with the results. The full bathroom was a complete gut job. The house is a 1920's frame bungalow so the full bathroom is very small. The full bathroom turned out beautiful. The half bath is in the finished attic and that turned out beautiful too. The sub contractor found materials and fixtures that were exactly what we wanted in both spaces.

This was a job that required a total tear down of the kitchen with walls knocked down and new beams being installed. Also the ceiling was taken down to install new insulation. Brand new kitchen is awesome. They also stripped our wood floors in the living room and dining room and stained it a darker color. It was great!!

I was amazed to see how the sub contractors worked so well together to get my addition complete and at the same time they did an excellent job with the design I requested. All of my desires were fulfilled. I just love my new Master Suite.

It was excellent working with them. Better than any other contractor I've worked with. Respectful, friendly helpful. They made sure I understand the project. They were prompt, hard workers came in on time and cleaned up for themselves. Gave us options for the cabinets; type of wood, color, knobs.Stayed within the project the whole company seemed to really care.
